It was good. enjoyed it. was great not having to drive anywhere too get breakfast. I really liked the location, it was with in walking distance of were my training was being held.

amenities such as microwave, refridgerator. I requested a Handicap room but I did not get one making it very hard on myself and my husband. Oh! I requested my receipt and while I was in training a house keeper said we had checked out, and my spouse who is handicap had no where to go until check out at 11. I was really disappointed.

The room was spacious (king), and the bed was comfortable. I liked the shower. The shower head was clean, with no sign of Limescale, and I adjusted it so that all of the water settings worked. The water pressure was good. I liked the big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the shower. The bottles were full, and the product was excellent and pleasant to smell. Every lamp base had a USB port and a standard outlet. The staff at this hotel was excellent. The overnight desk clerks were patient and very helpful. The morning desk clerk was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area as we needed directions to the event we were attending. The kitchen staff was also kind and quick to ensure everything was clean and well-stocked.

The placement of the ADA bar in the shower was too close. I banged my elbow while washing my hair. There was only one creamer pack in the in-room coffee bar. The ice machine was not marked on the first floor.

The Hampton Inn was much older that we expected and it looked worn out. We were charged extra for requesting a first floor room and that has never happened to us at Hampton Inns before. It came as quite a surprise.

I loved the location. It was walking distance to the venue. The hotel was quiet which made it easy to rest. The beds were comfortable. The room overall was clean. The location of the hotel is in a good area and felt safe staying there.

At the time of checking out I waited for a long time. There were other guests waiting to check out and they informed me that the receptionist was calling her supervisor. As I waited a line of guests formed. When the receptionist finally came, I did not get a friendly smile. She did apologize but her tone of voice did not agree with the apology.

It was close to everything! We walked to the concert and back within 10 minutes!

Breakfast was normal it was tasteful. The location was excellent, surrounded by entertainment and stuff to do with or without family! Perfect hotel within walking distance from concert venues, shopping, dining, fast food and anything you need. Pool area is very nice, very convenient location

I did not like that at my stay upon arrival to our room after a concert we plugged in a charger in to the wall and the whole room went pitch black. So there we were changing rooms tired and sleepy at 1am in the morning.

This hotel is definitely dated, there is where in tear damage in several areas, including around the pool. But overall a good value and a nice day.

The location was great. The room was very spacious for our toddler to roam. Even the sofa bed was comfortable.

Clean and comfortable

our check-in time was at 3 o’clock we were staying at this hotel to go to a concert. Once we got into the hotel we had to get showered and ready for the concert. We realize the TV wasn’t working. The phone wasn’t working when we went down to tell the front desk as we were leaving for a concert. They wanted somebody to go into the room while we were not there to fix it, which we declined because we weren’t going to be there. We got up the next morning wanted to watch TV but of course it wasn’t working so we had nothing to watch we left early but if you’re gonna be paying that type of price for one one night stay, should they not check that the TV is working that something that the guest would like to have without having to call and make a complaint which the phones in the rooms were not even working and had to call on the personal phone to the main number in order to get to talk to somebody very dissatisfied as far as that we didn’t have to check out to 11, but because there was no TV and there was nothing else to do in the room we left

very friendly and helpful staff, nice open facilities, lovely pool area, good breakfast, convenient to restaurants, local interests etc.

nothing we didn’t like except that we had a room for the handicapped and weren’t told ahead of time. it was just fine except we didn’t have a table and chairs.
