The staff was all very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the variety of choices during breakfast as well. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our overnight stay!
The exterior was not marked to confirm that we had pulled up to the Hampton Inn. I had to go inside to confirm with the front desk that I had actually arrived at the proper destination.

Breakfast on paper plates! Took money off my card for incidentals ( which I wasn’t intended to spend and didn’t) and couldn’t say when I’d get back which affected holiday budget

It was a plus to have breakfast. The coffee was very good. I would have liked the bathroom to have had a more adjustable shower head in the shower, as well as a heat lamp/fan.

Also, that we were charged a " transient" tax. I called your 800 number and was told that it will be removed from our bill in a few days. However, you should provide an explanation for this tax. I couldn't understand it until someone at the 800 number explained it. The people at your desk should offer this explanation.

front desk staff was cold, gruff and unwelcoming. based on her tone and attitude with us we won’t be back to this particular location again. we will choose another Hampton Inn, instead. They also don’t grant my request for extra towels and blankets for our room- just two of each. nothing unreasonable.

The night we checked in they put us In a Queen and booked a King and the bed had bed bugs and the shower head didn’t work and there was a bug on the floor in the bathroom that was there our whole stay even after them supposed to have cleaned the room. And when asked about using our Aaa discount and our healthcare worker discount she said they didn’t know how to apply it.
