I liked the rooms and bathrooms

that the ceiling started leaking but there was a storm and they offer to changed rooms.

the room was very smelly. I couldn’t breath properly, our boy had trouble breathing and he was coughing all night.

Nice and clean room. Updated floors. Comfortable bed sets.

The room was dirty, filled up with dust, They did not provide the amenities, we had to ask. These amenities should be in the room as per the booking. The whole area smells weed. even after mentioning everything to the staff, they only filled the amenities but did not clean the room due to which I had to endure severe head ache. staff was very inhumane and cold to us.

Everything smells so good in this place housekeeping need a raise fr the staff are great and bar limonada next door does good food

Doors are thin and let a lot of noise in from the hallway, the room terrace was actually a bamboo covered square of concrete with no view (ground floor)

smell of cigarettes and weed everywhere and they charged 250 usd for cigarettes that we did not smoke

The hotel reaked of weed and cigarettes. An extra 250 USD was charged from our account even though we did not smoke in the hotel and the receptionist told us that there were no extra fines. we have been emailing them and they are adamant on not returning the 250 unrightly deducted from our card.

Walking distance to Ocean Drive. Friendly staff. Luggage storage.

Value for money wasn't the best.

the location is perfect and very close to Ocean Drive and beach, Hotel had an elevator unlike some of Art Deco hotels in the area.

the room did not have a phone and no emergency evacuation plan in the room. we addressed to the front staff we were missing the phone, received nonchalant attitude and it was never resolved

I was disappointed, the pictures and room description was deceiving. There was no desk and chair, therefore my Fiancé had to place his laptop on the bed and work that way for 2 days which was uncomfortable and inconvenient. There were only 2 bath towels and no hand towels or wash clothes which is standard for hotel stays, therefore we had to go to the store next door to purchase some. On Monday night 10-31-22 someone was trying to come in the room claiming that we called and said the tv didn’t work which was a lie, we felt very unsafe. The room door was hard to open and close, and kept getting stuck. Lastly, I was bit by what appears to be bedbugs. I have the pictures.
