The property is on a very nice location.

Through the Booking.com app, we booked a two bedroom and asked to have two beds in the second bedroom. When we checked in, we were told that we had two beds, but when we got to the apartment, there was only one bed. We called them to let them know that it was a mistake, and they told us that there was nothing that they can do. That, although we had booked a bedroom with two beds, it’s on a first come first serve basis. There were five of us. When we went to go pull out the Bed in the living room that wasn’t working. We also had a clogged toilet that they didn’t have a plunger for and we had to go get one ourselves.

Only one kitchen towel. Motel portion coffee for full size coffee pot. And only 2 provided with room. Only one dishwasher tablet. Recycling options were not communicated. Didn’t know until we threw out the trash.

Wir hatten tolle Ferientage im Ocean Pointe Suite. Die Wohnung war super! Schöne, helle, grosszügige, renovierte Wohnung. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer & zwei Badezimmer. Für die Küche, war das wichtigste da.

Restaurant und Poolbar waren leider geschlossen. Der Spielplatz besteht aus einer Schaukel. Es fehlt ein bisschen an Unterhaltung. Strandzugang ist etwas mikrig. Leider war die Wohnung nicht wirklich sauber.

The room felt a little dated and in need of upgrading. Cupboard door was broken and the bedroom window blind was broken and therefore didn't keep out the light from outside. (These were only minor inconveniences though).

The person who met us at the gate was pleasant, as was the person at the reception desk. The pool area was nice and well kept. The beach area was nice.

We didn't know that we had to drive down the highway to the reception desk to get our keys. It really wasn't that much of a bother, though, and as I said the girl was nice at the reception desk. We weren't told where the beach and cafe was and we didn't visit the beach until day three and never got a chance to visit the cafe. The room had quite a coating of dust on the headboards, something seems to have been spilled on the credenza glass in the living room and cigar butts were left on the balcony. Noot a big deal but thought you should know.

Great location in Little Havana, very comfortable and super friendly staff.

Loved having 2 bedrooms. Property has potential. Guest services was great with all of our needs.

Cafe was closed and so was the pool restaurant. The room itself desperately needs new mattresses. The we had to put couch cushions under the pull out sofa to make it work for my son. We flipped the king mattress because it was sinking. Also, the place needs a handyman to come in and just fix it up. Needs a fresh coach of paint and some small repairs.

full kitchen and ease of getting to room. Pool was the biggest I have ever been in, and it was clean. the cats and the racoons were cute.

My room was not like any of the pictures on web site...very old and used. We had to walk through a 10-inch space to get around the bed. balcony was the smallest I have ever seen and my ocean view was way way way in the distance.

I loved our location and enjoyed the dock and the beach. The pool was large and we enjoyed the hot tub. Good location.

I didn't like the check-in at a different location, although I was given instructions to know what to do. Our water pressure was very low for the toilet and the shower.

Beautiful ocean view from the kitchen and dining area, AC worked very well and was easily adjustable, bathrooms were spacious, appliances were up to date, pool and jacuzzi were both wonderful, beach access was great, club house is nice.

The floors throughout the whole house were so filthy that they made our socks black within minutes of walking around, the full-size mattress was worn out, the fold-out bed was paper thin with metal bars making it less comfortable than the floor itself, pillows were utterly filthy with blood and saliva stains, bed sheets all had hair and smelled like unshowered bodies, strange body odor near the kitchen, found a prescription medicine pill on the floor in the bedroom for chemo therapy patients, dishes were dirty, balcony was extremely small and virtually useless.
