Very clean, comfortable, great location.

The location is awesome and at a very reasonable price.

We loved the suite and the location.

We did not have sufficient instruction regarding turning over the parkade key for when we were leaving at the end of our visit. We pondered and wondered about the process. Obviously, we did not ask the correct questions, We were told what to do with the key, but not what to do with the car. When leaving we exited the parkade and parked for a couple of minutes in the entrance. My wife drove out so that i could run up to our suite and I gave the key to the cleaner and returned back down the elevator to our car. My wife was with the car and was at the end of of an altercation (?) with an elderly man who told me upon my arrival that my wife was very rude. I hopped into the car and i drove myself and and my wife away. While driving away my wife told me that the man (apparently, the building manager), was very irate at her for parking in the outside exit. He called her names. He came around to the side of the car and took her picture. He was intimidating. Overall, he was just ugly, pure ugly to my wife. (Then, he says to me that she was rude to him. Sounds like male chauvinism. What did he want me to do? Call her names? Taker her picture? My wife owned her own successful company for many years. Watch who you pick on!). I can in hindsight understand the manager was put off that someone was stopped in the parkade exit. However, we had no idea what the protocal was because this had not been discussed. In our later call to Margaret, she said the manager was simple doing his job, and that signs were posted which said 'no parking'. No number of 'no parking' signs would have solved this problem. A few words of initial instruction would have resulted in the incident not having happened. Next time, we will know the proper exit protocal. Hopefully the Building manager will be more humane and understand people may not know proper exit procedure, simple because they were not told. Act Kindly. To end, we loved the suite and the location.

Close to everything. All within walking distance and great views

Only issue was the sofa bed, very uncomfortable and squeaky, ended up, ended up just having to sleep on it as a sofa which was a task as there were 2 of us on it … however the main bed I’m told was very comfortable

The location was excellent! It was very comfortable and clean, everything I could possibly need was there. Margaret was very pleasant and had lots of good suggestions on where to eat, etc.. she was such a nice person , meeting her was a great start to my vacation.

Great location, perfectly stocked with all the essentials, clean modern apartment. Very safe secure building. Owner and manager both great to deal with!

Close to main downtown area and free secure parking.

No air conditioning. South facing so hot in apartment. Could not open blinds as it was to hot.

Great location-central to downtown and all the buses. High security system was appreciated. Also liked indoor parade with parking spot we could use for visitors.

Maybe more storage space for clothes for long term stays (we stayed a month, so had more clothing with us).
