The location and on-site restaurants were fantastic.

The hotel and accommodations did not match the listing/booking. I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa. I did not get the pullout in my room. The hallways smelled strongly of dog urine. The carpet in our room was wet where the door to the balcony leaks, and judging from the rust stains on the carpet from the furniture, it seems to have been leaking a long time. Wifi was not included. It was extra. Breakfast was not included. It was extra. There is no hot tub on site. None of these were deal-breaker for us, since we were there due to evacuating for hurricane Milton. However, if this had been a vacation, I'd have been extremely disappointed.

Marvel at the front desk was amazing! Her personality just shined every time we saw her. We decided to stay another day and without hesitation Marvel went to work and was able to get us a room similar to what we had. Your bartenders in the late afternoon were fantastic and so much fun!!! The pear martini is so good and always consistent!

I would say general cosmetics of the rooms. They were clean, however there was some wall paper rips in certain places along with lumps of plaster on some walls (bathroom).

The rooms and the hotel was absolutely the filthiest disgusting dirty unimaginable things that I've ever seen in any Hilton. The picture of the lamp is all rust that you see in Orange on every lamp. Bust It Up Outlets. Carpeting on every single floor of the hotel was wrinkled up so bad you could trip over it anywhere. The room stunk like awful body odor. The bathroom toilet didn't have caulk around it and I thought that was all it was. Then my husband which is a plumber heard it gurgling and bubbling every time somebody would flush a toilet. He told me that was sewer gases coming in and we are getting out of this room right away. The toilet wasn't even secure to the floor. There's not enough time for telling all the things that were so bad. Even after telling the manager after our stay and the other staff explain to him that we were right they saw it their self, he only gave us free parking for our visit. The manager Tim was awful and did nothing. He should have been ashamed of this situation.

Verry rundown. Resort fee because there were 2 bikes and they ll kend you chairs for beach which was a 10 minute walk

Staying on the inlet watching the boats go by it’s a beautiful spot to relax and have a nice time!

The rooms could use a remodel. The carpet is old the furniture is dated.
