Location and restaurant was great!

No fresh air as windows didn’t open so the room was humid all the time towels wouldn’t dry.

the location was perfect, very close to rodeo drive and all the shops and restaurants close by. the staff were wonderful. the hallways are decorated nicely. the location felt safe and there were always people around.

the first room we were put in was tiny and dark. we were staying for 2 weeks and there was barely any storage, a tiny wardrobe and hardly any surface space at all. not even room to open a suitcase properly. i also had asked for an upstairs room well in advance of my stay and we were allocated a downstairs room. however, half way through the trip the staff were able to change our room and it was so much better, much more room and upstairs. other down points were mainly room details - lighting didn’t work properly, not a plug on both sides of the bed, bathroom door didn’t shut properly.

Chambre minuscule, impossible de déplier la valise sans devoir la mettre sur le lit. J'étais seul et à l'étroit. Je n'imagine même pas à deux. Salle de bain horrible. L'eau ne coulait pas.

O quarto era bom e a localização é ótima, porém não vá lá! Se você é estrangeiro, vai utilizar seu cartão de débito para os depósitos calção, o dinheiro sai da sua conta e não tem previsão de retorno. Cobrança errada, evite preocupações desnecessárias!

So I am an avid traveller, a Level 3 Genus customer at Booking.com from where I made this booking and I have traveled to many parts of the world, both for work an leisure. My stay at Crescent beverly Hills by Sonder started off well, however, 2 things happened and one on the last day that completely ruined my otherwise pleasant experience at the hotel. I had requested my luggage to be put in store at the hotel after checking-out in the morning at 11 AM and was to collect it in the evening. So, in the evening I reach the hotel, pick up my stuff and left the hotel for my next destination, only to realise later that a substantial amount of cash that I had kept in my laptop bag was stolen. Now I understand the hotel will have the standard disclaimer about this, however, the hotel should also know that they have employed a THIEF at their hotel. I have stayed at Sonder properties before and have left my luggage behind numerous times in hotel store rooms across the world, but never ever have I had anything stolen. The theft, because it was significant amount, caused a lot of grief and problems during my trip let alone the emotional and mental stress and strain. Am very very disappointed to say the least.
