No lights on to walk down the stairs at night very, very dark.... Someone could fall and hurt them self . No chair at my room to sit outside in the am . If there is air condition I could not find it. I understand that the marina was getting ready for the long week and I got blue paint on me when I checked in but you need someone to look after your room check... You have a big business and you need help....get some moon lights to light up you pathway .....

I loved the whole ambiente of the little hotel. It is family owned and run and the rooms are cozy with a coffee machine, fridge, microwave and a lovely heater that looks like a fire place. The beds are cozy and the place was very clean! It is situated right at the river and makes for the most beautiful and romantic stay.

Smell in the property and it was not maintained with quality material. One bulb of the room lamp was simply not placed. Also have to make too many calls to settle the issue of payment through Visa card. The information of my visa was saved in my booking.com profile since many years and worked in the past but the hotel didn’t input all required details. So I had to make expensive international calls to clear the issue with my bank. I was not compensated anyway for this inconvenience and financial loss (international calls). The hotel rudely refused to even listen to me on offering any compensation or at least some kind words.
