Nice location and beautiful rooms. Super courteous staff and breakfast options were good.

We were there from a Thursday to a Sunday and were informed that there would be no housekeeping for the weekend. This meant piled up garbage in the rooms, garbage left in the hallways, running out of toilet paper because not properly stocked. That's a shame given how much we pay for the room. Also, love the hardwood floors but winter boots tracked in alot of snow and wet and there was no mat, which meant wet socks, messy floors (that weren't clean).

the room wasn’t super clean. there was old carrots in the fridge. the pool wasn’t working and there was no indication anywhere.

The hotel was very nice, very clean. The staff was very friendly and polite.

The price isn't worth it. We paid 250$ per night for a suite for our wedding night and asked the room be cleaned between the two nights, which it was not. We specified we were there for our wedding and the hotel didn't do anything special, which was a little disappointing.

Traffic noise, needs curtains that are more than a sheer cloth, trash outside-I walked around property lots with my dog, room could use some dusting and deep cleaning in bathroom, calking in shower needs cleaning/changing, exhaust fan not working (did tell staff on checkout), $50 fir a per for one day is too much…does not compare to other hotels, bathroom faucet needs cleaning as water did not flow properly.

Checking in and out was very pleasant, staff was very friendly and helpful. We needed a few items for the room and it was not a problem. We also asked for a late check out and there was no problem with that either since we were already members. The suite was very roomy and we enjoyed the extra space with the couch, table and 2nd television, along with the space for the fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Lots of restaurants in the area to choose from and the grocery store was a few steps away in case you wanted to get something extra. We also liked the fact that there was no extra charges for security deposit as we paid by credit card, usually most places take that extra charge and then must wait for the funds to go back to your account, one time charge when you arrive and that's it! A very nice stay and will probably go back :)

Unfortunately the cleaning lady forgot to take out the garbage in one of the baskets so we had to call someone to take care of it, they came right away and did just that. Then as we inspected the couch (sofa bed) we noticed the sheets weren't clean and there also was some chips between the cushions. A suggestion for the pillows as they are soft, it would be nice to have the option for firmer pillows. The curtains don't really stay closed properly, so when you want to stay in bed a little longer the sun shines thru which can be a little bothersome. Also the area where the fridge, microwave and coffee machine are, would be nice if it was better lit, as the only lamp was across the room. And one last thing, we noticed in the shower, the bathtub would make lots of crick crack noises as you moved around, maybe cos it was not properly installed.

Large spacious room with a very comfortable queen bed and wonder sheets, duvet and pillows. Easy in and out access to Hwy 40, West Island & downtown Montreal.

Minor nitpicking item….cleaning person needs to use different cloths in the cleaning process! There were hair deposits on the window sill and the sink counter!

Hotel was quiet and room clean and comfortable.

Our GPS misled us and, when we phoned the hotel, the person on the desk was of minimal help even though it turned out we were just blocks away.
