My spouse and I needed a last minute place to stay while passing through the area. We needed a place with a bed to rest for the night. This met the expectations as the bed was clean and super comfortable. We appreciated the private bathroom. Note we stayed in the blue room, which is not on the lake and is a basic furnished room. The property clearly communicated this at booking.

The only thing that could have gone better was including toilet paper in the stay. We booked very last minute and the room wasn't 100 percent ready for us. We didn't catch there wasn't any paper until the host was unavailable for the night. Thankfully we kept some in the car and could use that.

spacious appartment, great garden with hottub, possibilities for canoeing, boating, watercycling etc. Massage was great.

It was not too important, but a few minor things were not working properly and the owner would send her partner to fix it, but he was to busy apparantly. They both appeared to be very busy, doing everything themselves. I would recommend they hire somebody to help them, especially with the high season yet to come.

Everything was really good. For its price I think that's a really good place to stay. Can be a Perfect stay for couples and for big groups of people. Well designed comfortable stay

Having easy access to the lake was a big bonus. I really enjoyed reading on the dock. It was very relaxing to watch the clouds and light and waves change. The Roku TV was cool for relaxing in the evening. There was a very friendly cat.

I didn't like feeling scammed that everything came at an extra cost. We were told that using the kayaks etc. would cost, but I imagined that there would be some sort of facility if I had to pay to use them. I didn't expect to pay 10$ per person to drag a heavy kayak into the water and then use it for 20 minutes. Using the hot tub was also 10$ per person, which makes no sense. Making a fire also cost $10, way more than the cost of a couple logs. And at 12$ for breakfast, they could have done better than offering us instant coffee. Yes, I know the owner says you're just renting a room and everything else is extra, but this really felt like scam. Especially because they don't mention prices before you arrive. Also be sure to read what comes with your room very carefully. Ours didn't have anything to cook with which shocked us given that we were in the middle of nowhere. Again, the owner reminded us that nowhere in our room description did it mention kitchen facilities, but the booking.com photos do show photos of kitchens and the description really isn't clear about what you get. Know that it's not a private experience. You really are staying in someone's house with other guests and neighbours on each side, So if a private cottage experience is what you're looking for, this isn't for you. The steps really are steep and the bed really is high, so if you have mobility issues, do take their warnings seriously.

Seems like it was under construction and unfinished. The room had torn throw pillows and the comforter was fragile! The room could only lock from the inside therefore no keys to the room but I was told that it was safe there! I would not return!

The hosts were very welcoming and caring. The breakfast is to dye for (best crêpes we have ever eaten in our life! ;). Premises were clean and fully furnished with cookware and appliances. Beds were super comfortable! We will definitely return!

Suggestion: To have a special rate to access nautical and water facilities for big families/groups.
