I stayed on the 3rd floor and it's uncomfortably old. They should renovate it like the 2nd floor which is very comfortably beautiful

Stayed here before and it was quite pleasant as the location is right on the water with a boardwalk! Had asked for the same room as last year and that request was fulfilled!

Sent a date change request one full day b4 arrival advising them I would be leaving one day earlier! upon check-in the reception desk knew nothing about this! I paid the full amount of close to $1000! After several messages and only a response that Booking.com had to call them and nothing else I am still waiting for an answer! The date change request was made on July 22/22! The place itself seems to be rundown in many different areas or the upkeep is lacking! For a business this size you would think the reception desk staff would be better informed as to updates to any/all bookings! Do not think a refund will be showing up anytime soon!

The location is superb.

General state of disrepair, feels like it’s seen better days. Having booked with booking.com on a non-refundable tariff I faced substantial extra cost when I needed to change the dates of my stay. I arrived one day earlier than planned and left one day earlier. In effect I stayed for exactly the same time but had to pay for the extra day at the start and had no refund for my early departure. This is unfair and will lead to me doubting whether to use booking.com again. The restaurant served a plate of batter and chips with NO fish in the batter whatsoever - a total rip off.
