Staff was nice

No TV…No warning when checking in that the TV wasn’t receiving channels because the facility was changing providers so their guests had no TV for the entire time I was there. The staff had no idea when the changeover would be done. The server was down when checking in so guests had to wait until it was working. The front desk didn’t have the password to get into a backup and nobody was available to help them…just total ineptitude and extremely frustrating Terrible snack room. Only had coffee with powdered creamer and a few packs of sweetener. No sugar, no half and half or anything else. Zero snacks. Pathetic disregard for the guests…absolutely the minimum they could offer and NO TV

I was somewhat reluctant to book a stay after reading some of the reviews. The price and location were the deciding factors. Economical and located where I needed to be. The room was clean, comfy, and actually quiet. I had no issues or complaints. I'd recommend staying at the 3 Palms.

There is some vagrants in the area and a park across the street that seems to attract some homeless.

The ac didn’t y work the first night , the staff did help fix next day. Also the shower area seemed like it could be cleaner

Manager was extremely rude….banged on door screaming that I hadn’t paid for extra night when I had done so. Everyone else was very nice/helpful. Also half of room was taken up by giant jacuzzi tub that I didn’t want/use.

Convenient location, plenty of parking, the room was clean. The pool was probably heated, because there were a bunch of kids in it.

Very confusing signage, we couldn't find our room at the very back of the hotel, because the sign was pointing in the opposite direction. The AC in the unit wasn't turning on, I tried calling the front desk, but the phone in the room was dead. When I dialed from my cell phone, I had to listed to a long advertisement about the hotel. After about 2 minutes I hung up and went the the front office to ask for help. Instead of giving us another room, they sent a maintenance person, so, we had to wait until he fired up the unit. Also, a sign "Use the wall controls" on the AC unit control panel would be very helpful.

Quiet, nice location and view was awesome.

It smelled like fabuloso too strong and needs better cleaning products. Spa needs Clorox tabs. Didn’t get in after seeing how it was cleaned. Our clothes smell like fabuloso. Better parking by the street
