The central courtyard and pool area was lovely.

No elevator and no mention of that in the hotel info. Access to the second story by stairs was difficult for us, especially with our luggage. We would have asked for a ground floor unit if we had known there was no elevator. Other people our age commented on the difficulty, also.

Fantastic facilities and pool areas. Great room with a clean kitchen, comfy beds and very nice staff as well as the other guests. the atmosphere was very genuine. great when arriving by car and very close to the airport as well as a short walk to the downtown area and the canyons.

The temperature in the rooms could have been better, especially in the beginning of march when the mornings and nights are pretty cold. I would wish that the water pressure in the shower on the second floor room was more consistent.

The street rooms need new windows, you can hear the noise from the street 24/7. Bit irritating. Should add smart TVs, so we can have Netflix etc...

I loved this hostel. The view over the mountains is unbeatable. The place was super quiet when I visited, and I basically had the two pools to myself for several hours. (And they were very nice) The area was quiet, and the hotel generally felt safe and well located within Palm Springs- you're only a street away from downtown. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and well-equipped.

There was a power outage through most of the day (it started at 12pm and ended after 6pm - I was gone during the evening so I don't know what time the power came back) due to some works in the area. It wasn't the hotel's fault at all, but it would have been nice of them to do something for the customers- a discount, or maybe lunch/dinner vouchers would have been appreciated. (The kitchen was a big point for me in booking the space and I didn't even get to use it because of the power cut)

Room was dirty, the carpets were extremely dirty , people smoking weed around the pool. Hotel receptionist had a poor attitude and not helpful or welcoming. Poor value for money, best avoided.

We were very tired and not feeling great . They let us check in early which was awesome. Room was very comfortable and AC was very quite.

the location was perfect, the receptionist was very helpful and friendly, it was perfectly located right next to the downtown. the pool facilities, although dirty, we’re brilliant for the hot weather during the day

the pool was dirty and the whole place smelled of weed. the smell was almost embedded in the walls of the room
