Spotlessly clean. Well appointed. Very comfortable with a lovely view.

Directions and instructions how to access key, etc were very clear and helpful. Everything was fresh and clean, bright with large windows and patio door. The view of the ocean and mainland mountains are amazing, particularly for a ground floor suite. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, bowls, cups, cutlery m etc. Two options for coffee makers and a kettle for tea. The bed was comfortable and the small high window in the hallway was a bonus for having it open during the night and still feel secure. Hosts were very gracious and quick to respond to any questions.

It would be nice with a fluffy quilt instead of blanket, but that's a person preference.

Really nice, newly decorated apartment. Very well equipped kitchen. Spotlessly clean. Free parking space. Peaceful location and nice view.

Immaculately kept property. Excellent kitchen with all you need, pity we were only there one night so we didn't get round to using the BBQ. Short walk into town and very close to the ferry to Vancouver.

Perfect comfortable, quiet accommodations close to Dukes Point Ferry Terminal. Slept great before an early start. Very clean and friendly hosts on site.

Although we liked the location because it was near a beautiful park, we felt like we had to drive to get to places to eat and do things. The unit has lovely gardens and is nice and private. We had everything we needed. The sitting area and bedroom were comfortable.

We had two large pieces of luggage (one each for two of us). There was only one luggage rack. We had to place the other suitcase on the floor at the end of the hall.

Everything spotless. If only we knew how great that place is we would have stayed more nights. We really enjoyed the terrace with the excellent bbq (which was very clean, ready and easy to use). Totally recommended.

This is a very well appointed, comfortable and cozy ground level suite. It is excellent for two couples or for a family, as it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped for a suite this size. Excellent wifi and cable TV in the living room and both bedrooms. Really lovely views over the water, islands and mainland mountains which can be enjoyed while you cook on the outdoor barbeque!

Unfortunately we found the mattresses in both bedrooms uncomfortable, and I hope the owners might look into replacing them soon, as everything else in the suite is top quality and very comfortable.

Central location but quiet. Well equipped with everything needed to make meals. Lovely terrace. Easy parking.

Our suite at AnnArthur was very clean, and felt like home. My husband and I spent a few extra days in Nanaimo, as we couldn't travel home due to bad road conditions and slides. Our hosts even opened up their laundry facilities so we could do a couple loads of laundry. Their suite is well stocked with almost anything you might need, including a rice cooker, and a Keurig. They provided us with ample coffee pods, and even some chai tea pods. We would definitely stay here if we are visiting Nanaimo again. Parking was provided right near our suite, and we had a lovely view of the harbour.

Great spot not far from the city centre. We took advantage of the fully outfitted kitchen to make a great home-cooked feast for ourselves.

I woke up in the morning with a sore back from the bed, but my spouse was fine.
