Brand new! Super comfortable room and great bathroom.

Off the main town strip.

Good location. Room was sufficiently spacious for a family of 5

The tub was slippery and my elderly father slipped on it. When I asked about a bathtub mat, I was told there wasn’t one. The sink tap was too close to the basin.

Breakfast was acceptable. The free airport shuttle was extremely convenient. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Good sleep and comfortable bed.

When we travel for work or recreation breakfast is important as it lowers overall expenditures/expenses. We tend to travel a fair amount and in all honesty your breakfast always has the best selection and more importantly to have higher protein options such as scrambled eggs, cheese omelette, sausage, and bacon is preferred (none of us tend to be on pancakes, muffins, bagels, etc but it is nice if wanted). Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location too. We also felt safe being in Thornhill too.

Wifi wasn't always the best but it wasn't the worse one in our travels either! Additional pillows and blankets would be great as our kids used the pull out sofa and cot but didn't have enough blankets (asked for and provided though) Also extra towels enough for 3 when I reserved for 4.

The hotel is well located and the rooms are spacious and bright. Warm reception service. I stayed here every time.

Excellent light breakfast buffet inc in price. Location a bit out of the way so you need a car or taxis however there’s a free airport shuttle who picked us up at 4am! Great service.

Maybe a town shuttle would be good? Otherwise it was excellent.
