staff not friendly especially if you did not book through the hotel. They refuse to give me the receipt and informed me to request it from Booking.com. Everyday I have a toilet issue (not flushing), although the maintenance usually come immediately.

Location was fantastic. Pool and Bar area are top notch. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We liked the room, it is big and clean.

The adjacent room was very noisy and we didn’t have are own kids next to us. There was noise up to 11 pm. We did not enjoy the pool. A lot of party people where on the rooftop and it felt like we were not welcome at the pool. At last we had a surprise by chcecking out. 65 dollar a dat for parking a car. We could have rented a car for that price. Not such a nice surprise. Won’t come back!

This was a great location, very clean with excellent staff.

It would have been convenient to have a few machines for a late night snack or beverage.

The size of the room was great, beds were really comfortable and the location was good. The staff were really pleasant and helpful when asking for information about Boston. The rooms need updating but otherwise a fabulous stay which suited our needs for the 2 days in Boston.

Sadly the rooftop pool area was being renovated (which was one of the facilities that attracted us to the hotel), this is not a negative but would have been nice to know at check in, the restaurant & bar is also closed on a Monday. The bathroom although a really good size needs updating and so do the bedroom furnishings.

The service is exceptional, the room impeccably clean, the size of the room unusually roomy and lsst but not least...the view!

Great Location

The location. The restaurant staff were the only nice people. The bed was comfortable.

We got the king room but isn’t that big as described online. the bathroom is small, in fact they used the closet doors as a bathroom door. all the rooms have bathtubs, no showers. Very loud, you hear all the people talking and doors closing in the hallway. At 6:30/7AM you hear the cleaning lady. The cleaning personnel opened the door even when the privacy sign was on and when I asked who it is, they said sorry and left. When I got outside and change the sign to service, my room wasn’t done, so I have to do the bed. The garage is $60 a night but if you park at the shopping mall across the street is $40 a night. The staff was polite but you don’t feel that warm welcome you can feel elsewhere (they barely smile and they look bothered if you ask something).

inconsistency among rooms. I’ve stayed here many times and it’s always a bit of a risk. this time it was the temperature control of my room. freezing cold or tropically hot… no in between.
