ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everything was wonderful in every way and we are very picky - - - VERY PICKY.

It’s in a pretty setting.

No one was in the office for check in. The office was locked. It had a hand written note saying the office would be open at 4pm.We arrived at 4:40pm. Locked. Plaque said use the phone outside the office to contact someone. Called twice and let it ring 8 times both times. No answer. We had spent the day in Sedona and we were dirty and tired so we went to find a hotel that would accommodate us. If you are going to run a hotel/motel, someone should be working at the check in desk.

Greeted by miserable man. Certainly did not make us feel welcome. Shower/bath controls were not good. Need repairing. Room was ok but overpriced for what it was. Doubt We would stay again.

I liked the property. our room smelled like old cigarettes and musty. I would say things could use some updating.

stairs. I don’t do well on stairs. i asked for a bottom floor and got a top floor. they rented my room out to someone else and then gave me their room upstairs and when I signed for the room it was in the other peoples name not my name. It was all very confusing and the man that works at the front desk is hard to understand, he mumbles and his accent doesn’t make anything easier.
