ascensores malos 2 dias,teniendo que usar el de servicios, servicio de restaurant pesimas instalaciones,desayuno solo a la carta y malo,pieza un dia sin hacerla,pefimos toallas limpias y se comprometieron enviarlas y nunca llegaron, pedi late check out y quedaron de cominicarse conmigo y nunca lo hicieron, sltededor de la piscina trabajos ruidosos...

Breakfast options were very limited. Buffet only on the weekend.

Everything overall was great! Excellent service and the room was very comfortable and nice. Will definitely go back.

This property is amazing I wish I had more time there. There was a slight issue with my room but the stay was extremely nice in accommodating me with a beautiful room. Much appreciated. The view is amazing over looking the inlet and the smell of the hotel is so nice! Has a classy vibe with very accommodating staff.

I loved my room – it was so beautiful and spacious. I loved the soaking tub with a stunning view of the Haulover inlet – that was my favorite way to relax. The balcony view was fantastic for catching the sunrise and sunset. The complimentary bike ride was my favorite activity besides swimming. All of the staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel right at home. I'll definitely be returning again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Location is obviously beautiful. Hard to get that wrong in Miami nevertheless.

Staff was horrible. Smoke detector in my room went off on 4 different occasions, 2 of the times were minutesd apart. You have to wait for someone to come manually shut them down as they tell you it won't happen again lol. It was me and my wife's anniversary. Planned to only stay a night. 1st day went so bad we stayed an extra night to see if it got better. Food quality wasnt up to parr with other Ritz Carltons.

1. did. or check in my family 2. I got a message from ritz before departure and reply with all my preferences. it appeared that my message never got reviewed. had my birthday dieting the stay but no one cared even when my wife reminded about it. poor staff
