The staff never answered the phone. I tried to call down from my room several times and nobody answered. The lady at the front told me that one of the phones was broken. My tub would fill up with water. The tv in my room never worked. Online it says the incidental fee is $50 but it’s $100. Additionally the breakfast bar made me sick. The male staff with the dreads was rude to other customers. Everytime I’d walk past they’d be standing around on their phone. One of my keycards didn’t work. The lights in the bedroom wouldn’t turn off (the ones on the end tables) I had to unplug them. In the middle of my sleep something underneath the end tables broke. Wish they let you add videos on here cause I have recordings.

It was a good location for our overnight stay. Staff were helpful and responsive

Many things in the room was no working like temperature controller, exhaust fan in washroom, no intercom phone etc. I did raised a complaint but no-one cared.

Die Lage ist super zentral, wenn man zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten Downtown möchte. Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Größen sind unterschiedlich, bei meinen Freunden war das Doppelzimmer aufgrund der zwei Koffer und des Handgepäcks beengt. Mein Zimmer war deutlich größer. Das Frühstück war typisch amerikanisch, mit Auswahl. Mich persönlich stört jedoch, dass nur Einweggeschirr verwendet wird und alles zusätzlich nochmal in Plastik verpackt ist.

Location was perfect, very close to popular attractions.

The elevators were tiny any the rooms were too. The room could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly.

Good location, close to olympic park and the convention center. Good breakfast in the morning. Close to the Hawks State Farm statium. Attached to a conveince store.

I enjoyed my stay. The price was a little high.
