Beds very comfortable! Great AC worked flawlessly temperature 110

Dirty towels left in bathroom, sink clogged, hot water would disappear and then scald, light switch at door didn’t work

The front staff were wonderful. The king bed was firm but soft (perfect). Nice large tv and placed high on a dresser so you could view it from laying on the bed without looking through your toes.

The sound of the trains horn blowing and the homeless woman yelling at three in the morning. Lots of traffic noise also. Mainly before midnight. Interior light switches needed replacing and there was no usb charging ports near the night tables.

room wasnt the room i paid for, on top of that they took way more money than the room even costed and idek how to get thah money back. room smelt bad and wasnt clean, definitely not what they advertised

Upgrade the whole hotel and fix the property

The facility was filthy. Cars were being worked on in the parking lot all day. People living out of their cars in the parking lot. We rented a room for a family member for one night. When he went to his room the couple in the room next to his were trying to break into their room with a screw driver. We complained to front desk and returned his key. He did not stay. We are still trying to fight the hotel for a refund. There is NEVER a manager available nor do they return phone calls. We have even stopped in, and still nothing.

Room was on time.

The supervisor in the breakfast was unfriendly partially.
