Everyone was super nice and helpful.

Some guests seemed out off that it was dog friendly. Most people loved seeing our dog in the elevator.

The hotel room was ok, with facilities to brew coffee or prepare tea water. I was happy to find a small fridge in the hotel room - perfect if you want to experience American food that you choose directly when shopping at the food store (a short drive from the hotel with an Uber). I would be happy to return to this hotel later on. I received my room at bit after the checking in time, with an excure from the hotel personnel in the reception. No bit problem, but as a compensation I received a free meal in their bar... Thank you, Courtis hotel - welcoming attitude.

The view from the window was not really exciting, but I didn't expect to much before I came... I am not sure I have so many other comments here.

The hotel was fun, clean and confortable Most of the staff were vert friendly and most helpful.

The cocktail barman on Tueaday evening, was most miserable and un-welcoming. He did not have ingredients for Chocolate martini, did not offer an alternative, he begrudgingly poured us a Bailey's on request, as though he was doing us a great favour. So unfortunately, we did not feel we wanted to drink there again, which should have been nice. Also on Wednesday morning, a young female receptionist, was most unfriendly and unhelpful when we askwd for advice aa to where we might get breakfast. ( I should say all the others for all our stay were great.)

Walked many places from its central location. Very quiet at night. Spacious room. Lots of great restaurants all around.

No hot water at 4 pm for shower. There seemed to be plenty in the morning. Bed was a bit soft for our liking but otherwise bedding was comfortable.

Bathroom had no fan made the room humid.

We liked that the parking garage was conveniently connected to the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable.

It’s a shame that parking is not included in the hotel price. The bathroom was kind of small and had a weird setup. The plug in next to the coffee pot didn’t work. And I had left behind an item in the closet when we checked out, but it has yet to be located and hear back. This item was not hard to see either since it was a dress.

I love how every floor is themed

we have stayed a couple of times and loved it but this time was a mess she couldn’t find our reservation even though I had a confirmation and then when she said she did we were being charged for 3 nights at a ridiculous rate and I only book for 1 night. she finally we thought figured out the price but still was wrong and charged us twice. then we get a call later in the room that we need to come down and get new keys because she put us in someone else’s reservation and that was the problem. Needless to say after this experience we will not be returning to stay here anymore

We stayed on the music floor and it was pretty nice. We loved the bathroom wallpaper. I enjoyed being able to go check out what the other floors looked like.

I wish some floors had more decor. Some were pretty bare with their decorations.

The wifi in the rooms was pretty terrible.

The people at the front desk and servers at the restaurant were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, stylish, the daily cleaning service was appreciated, and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. We loved the design features throughout the hotel, especially in the lobby. That was a feature that drew us to select the hotel.

There was a long wait to use the bathrooms in the lobby. We later found out that one of the rooms was locked because it didn't work but no one placed a sign on it. Everyone was waiting and getting frustrated because no one was coming out of the second bathroom. People were also concerned that someone needed help because over 20 minutes had passed. It would have saved frustration and a waste of time if there was a "not working" sign on the door.

It was very comfortable and felt very safe. I loved the decor and the themed floors. The restaurant was great and very convenient.

they give cookies when you arrive and they busting! the rooms were very nice, comfort was amazing. I just freaking love this place! the theater is up the street and kept my busy.
