Room was clean, beds were comfortable, building was beautiful and quiet.
They did not give us our reserved King room with balcony, even with a 4 pm check in! Mini fridge was not cold with no adjustment visable, check-in desk clerk offered us no assistance and told us to go buy ice at the gas station, a/c fan speed was disabled so roaring high or off, bathroom sink was slow then plugged altogether, door safety chain broken. We did get some attention from the night clerk, who was helpful and very pleasant. He adjusted the fridge (now empty) from the back, informed us that ice was readily available plentiful and free for all guests. He tried to adjust the a/c and informed us that the hotel was fully booked so he was unable to move us.

Facility was clean and breakfast was good.
The window in the room was broken and was a little open. In the morning the commuter traffic on the highway awoke me early (5 am)from the sound of the vehicles.

Room wasn’t great, no shower kit, no toilet paper. TV didn’t work. Pillows were smelly and full of stains. Furniture updated. Little fridge’s door was dangling. A.C. Loud as a train.
“Complementary breakfast” awful, NO COFFEE!!
We had to wait more than an hour to get some, wasn’t worth it, tasted sour/burn, HORRIBLE. Tables, chairs NOT CLEAN.

I booked a Queen room, got a double room. there was no remote for the TV in the room and the guy at the desk was rude and it took almost an hour to get it.

The inn was a solid performer.
We were attending a local wedding. Although our room was ready sitting waiting for us we would of had to pay an additional $25.00 for early checkin. The timeline to attend a 4pm wedding was tight. There were also many others in the lobby waiting to check in after 3pm. All those people to be checked in by one person was a bit chaotic! I believe you folks should review this policy!

Room was comfortable as always thus is or 3rd or 4th stay at this hotel
We arrived early and i was asked by the young man on desk if i paid for early book in I asked what the cost was he said $50 I said goodbye and went back later i was not impressed we have never been asked this before

The view of the river from our room was spectacular! I would have preferred a main floor room but that was not available for the price quoted. There is no elevator on site to get to the second floor rooms, which made it somewhat difficult but a staff member offered assistance with our luggage which was amazing!
A main floor room for accessibility . The drain plug for the bathtub didn’t work, so had to use a towel, which wasn’t much better.

I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the room provided. There was hair in the tub and in the towels when I arrived. The shower and curtain were dirty looking and there were urine stains on the toilet seat.
Due to the lack of cleanliness, I am unlikely to return.

The was nice, however the room I was told I was booking was not the actual room I got upon arriving.
The description on booking.com was for a king deluxe room offering a hot tub. According to the hotel this was wrong and wouldn't do anything about it. The location was also very convenient
The staff didn't seem inclined at all to help resolve the booking error. Their were two hottub rooms , one which was out of order and the other booked by someone who had not checked in yet. They would not give me the room based on the price I paid regardless of what the description of the room I booked was. Which I showed them. They took notes but i still have yet to hear anything about it. I was very disappointed as I had driven 6 hours to not get the room I believe I booked.

Everything was ok. Not fantastic or amazing but definitely ok. The breakfast was ordinary. Bed was comfortable.
Decor was a little drab.
