Spacious rooms, attentive staff, central location. The hotel provided umbrellas for us out of towners.

We were initially given room without a view even though I paid extra on booking.com for a higher level room with view. It also didn’t have room for roll away bed if the sofa bed was opened up, which made it hard to fit 2 adults and 2 children (who didn’t want to be both on sofa bed). The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodated us with a higher level room (apparently worth more than what booking.com charged) and did their best to compensate for the miscommunication between the hotel and booking.com. The room I booked through booking.com apparently did not exist at the hotel, so I asked hotel to communicate with booking.com and vice versa.

There is a renovation on the first floor of the hotel where is lobby used to be. Nobody told us about it, not in email, not in text - when you come in, you don't know where to go, how to check in. Other guests advised us. Poor service all together.

Clean room, great amenities, great customer service

Holes in the carpeting. Cabinets worn and beatup. Bath faucet splashed water everywhere in the bathroom. The water view was a V looking between two buildings.
