The whole atmosphere, the cleanness and quality of improvements. We usually stay at a Marriott Courtyard of Residence Inn. . This facility matched both of these less the kitchen.

our AC/heater unit was not working. At 2AM we woke up to a stuffy room. We called for service, but the person who investigated couldn’t fix it. We had to open the window but traffic noise and lights kept us from sleeping well. They didn’t offer a room change or discount. When I asked for a discount they said that since I booked through booking.com, our room was already discounted and they couldn’t do any more. I found this very unhelpful and unsatisfactory.

Price could be a little cheaper for the average hotel and small pool, also had to drive to the town but it wasn’t too far .

Quality of foods.

I liked that I could walk into the local restaurants as they were only 1 mile from the hotel. I thought that if the gym had some free weights and a bench it would have been perfect. I think the lighting in the room could have been a little better.

I'm not a fan of breakfast if it isn't made fresh. Made to order is much better but I understand its difficult to always do in America. I did find an amazing bakery only 1 mile from the hotel that made exceptional breakfast sandwiches.

My room was big & very comfortable. I was well pleased with room.

appreciate this service but don't need it as I'm only usually in a room for a couple of days. When I put the DO NOT DISBURED sign on door I expect them to expect my request.

Location was Benecia and we love the place, but area was off-season and cold/windy. We stay in Benicia to avoid the overpriced hotels in Palo Alto area while visiting Stanford Medical. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices and the facility is located uphill from the main throughfare, but directly across a parking area from a very busy freeway. Requested room location just behind the lobby and pretty quiet. Staff was excellent and very helpful....self-service coffee machine in lobby was pretty cool.

Nothing really...larger coffee cups and better coffee maker in rooms would be nice, but that's from a coffee addict's point of view and not very helpful.

Incompetent staff. They canceled our 1st reservation & after checking with hotel & re-reserving our room, we didn’t receive room typed booked and they blamed Booking.com & us. Received call from front desk at 11:58pm to ask about confirmation # and reservation type. I live locally & have family/friends that visit often & I will NEVER go to this hotel again. My husband had to drive a 4 hour round trip to take my 85 year-old mother to her home Christmas night!

I really like the location of where the hotel was at. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the family really enjoyed the breakfast and pool.

I didn’t like that fact that all I could smell was cigarette smoke in a none smoking building.
