I appreciated the staff check in. I was amazed on how clean the room was. That by far is a keeper in my book. The area was quite and people were not loitering around. The mattress was so comfortable. I will definitely return and thank you. I was not offered breakfast and nor did I care for it. With that said, I cannot rate that option. To me the cleanliness, room, mattress and peaceful is everything. I felt very safe too.

The stairs is a bit deep and the check out staff was a man on the phone who was not very welcoming.

Creaky bed

Bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. That's about it.

The room itself is old and the needs maintenance. The bathroom was clean, but also old and the tile floor was cracked. This motel screams of an absolute disinterest in maintenance and property upkeep beyond it just being functional. Breakfast?! coffee was available, Other than that, a brown bag with a small granola bar, small fruit cup and a small bottle of water is what you get. Some really old breakfast cereals in what a appeared a dispenser that had not had it contents replaced in quite sometime, No way would I eat that! This "breakfast" is an open slap in the face to customers. No daily room service unless you ask for it. The perennial excuse is "COVID-19 caution". In summary, generally bad property maintenance and poor personal service shows this Days Inn's disinterest in guests other than to get their room payments.

my bed WAS NOT a queen .. it was a full and the place looks NOTHING LIKE the pics.. pillows were more like sofa throw pillows ..room was small and breakfast consisted of only oatmeal or two choice of cold cereal !!

Floor was sticky. The TV remote didn't work.

Lumpy Pillows. Very Noisy upstairs neighbors. Facility was mostly empty & guests were placed directly above my family. Made no sense. Disappointed.

Room was clean and very comfortable, with a sofa and comfy king size bed. Small refrigerator was convenient. Staff was very polite and professional.

It took a very long time for the room to warm up, with the heat on high. Also, the door was very difficult to open - it unlocked, but kept getting stuck. Breakfast was advertised as a "grab and go" , but it was a stretch to call it breakfast - water, a granola bar and a small fruit cup.

The location was important to us. Japanese Restaurant was a bonus, we ordered takeaways twice from there, highly recommend

The air conditioner was on when we’re got in our room but we turned it off to sleep & then could not get it to work on warm again only cold, the knobs were broken. We were in room #101. we meant to let reception know when we checked out but we forgot.

Pretty basic, comfortable bed and bathroom. Nothing fancy but clean and fine for the night.

Lots of noise next door to one of the rooms early in the morning (granted, it was New Years Day morning) but hotel staff were responsive to that and helpful. Police were contacted by them and were extremely helpful in getting party-ers next door to turn off music and go to sleep.
