Sehr schönes charmantes Hotel direkt am Ocean Drive. Super Lage, viele Restarants und bar im direktem Umfeld, 3 Minuten zum Strand! Sehr nettes Personal und ein besonderes Flair, da das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist (nicht negativ gemeint). Wlan klappt super, Parkplätze würden wir eher wieder im Umfeld im Parkhaus nehmen (2 Straßen entfernt). Handtücher und Liegen könnten übers Hotel am Strand genutzt werden, Schirm kostet allerdings extra. Insgesamt eine schöne Erfahrung!

das Essen und die Cocktails im hauseigenem Restaurant war ok, aber für die Preise deutlich überteuert. Ausblick von unserem Zimmer war direkt auf eine Hauswand, damit konnten wir aber leben.

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour son emplacement qui correspondait à nos attentes La chambre était tout à fait conforme à la description (taille et équipements) La salle de bains en revanche était trop peu éclairée, et difficile à ventiler Nous avons bien apprécié : 1) la décoration en général 2) l'efficacité du double vitrage dans ce quartier très animé jusque tard dans la nuit 3) le verre offert entre 16h et 18h, même s'il n'y avait pas vraiment de choix (rosé ou cocktail maison) 4) la réduction de 20% sur les repas et boissons 5) le transat sur la plage offert (attention le parasol est en supplément, à 20 $) 6) les options de restauration

1) le manque de précisions (ou leur tardiveté) sur les options de stationnement. Il est indiqué sur la page de l'hôtel qu'il n'y a pas de parking, mais le mail de check-in reçu la veille précisait qu'un service de valet pouvait être proposé. Il était de toutes façons trop cher, mais nous aurions aimé avoir l'information plus tôt, pour nous organiser 2) le petit-déjeuner revient un peu cher car la réduction ne s'applique pas dessus

Localise en plein cœur de l’action, plage terrible. Belle deco recherchee. Super service vraiment courtois et accommodant, nous étions arrivés tard en soirée et on nous a gentiment donné un late check out jusqu’à 13:00

Chambre un peu petite et l’insonorisation est moyenne mais ok

The location is good, the shower is good and the bed is comfortable.

The soundproofing is very poor, I’ve woken up many time during the night with steps noises from upstairs rooms, any sound is easily listened. The hotel restaurant is very high priced and the property offers 20% discount on food and drinks what is not totally true. Only after I finished my breakfast the said it’s only applied for dinner, what’s really unfair because there’s not saying that on the reservation details, only “20% discount on food/drink”. After complaining the front desk told he’d give the discount on the checkout and of course when I reached out for that there was another person there who didn’t give me the discount and had the audacity to say that this is a “booking.com” mistake. It was a disgusting time arguing about it. Overall for me the hotel price value doesn’t worth it as there’s nothing special on it and a false promotion.
