I was traveling with my niece and nephew and my grandson. When i checked into the room I had to clean it myself. The AC was leaking I informed the front desk the Sunday I checked in they did nothing I reported the AC again Monday they sent a maintenance worker That does not speak any ENGLISH he looked at the AC and turned to me and said TOMORROW! I went back down to the office they offered me another room that they did not have available. My grandson is now sick due to being in a hotel room for 2 days without any AC. And its already hot as hell in Florida.

The room was as small as a living room at home. In the room there was only 1 chair. No microwave. No small refrigerator. The bath room was filthy dirty.

The only things was being able to sleep well.

No fridge, no microwave. Trashy, drug dealers and prostitutes.

Nothing the hotel was deceiving because it was a new hotel from there pictures that were posted on there website but when I got there it was nothing compared to what I saw the room that I was supposed to get was not ready and it was after check in time. The room that was supposed to be ready wasn't cleaned, the bed sheets were used bc hair and black balls were in them and yellow stains in the sheets. The little fridge dirty the microwave was as well. The floor sticky with red stuff the chairs were stained with red spots . The bathroom wall had red stains on it the toilet dirty so was the tub I had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean up my what was supposed to have been cleaned room. Not to mention I had to pay to stay .

Nothing also the area wasn't nice and it seemed common for the guest and employee to smoke bc they were doing it freely .the lights didn't all of the work and towel bar rack was on the floor bc it was not the right size.

it’s looked like haven’t been cleaned, the mirror was so dirty, there were hairs in the sheets below the duvet, there were hairs in the bath. I couldn’t sleep well because of the noise of the AC. A lot of homeless loitering all around, I didn’t feel safe.

This place cannot be called a hotel, from the surroundings to the rooms it is terrible. Cleanliness is negative zero, I paid to stay but I couldn't when I entered that room I definitely couldn't lie on that bed.

The Bathroon needs to be remodeled..the shower is old

The location was close to the Tampa area which made it easy to get to and back from where we were headed.

The walls were dirty, the sheets had stains and spots on them, the shower was not clean, the door into the room had a completely broken latch, the bathroom door didn’t even close completely, the outlets were dirty/broken.

The place was way overpriced, when we turned the lights on, roaches scattered. Their was rust all throughout the bathroom, they had no shower curtain, the water was cold. This was in tampa-brandon. I would not recommend this place.

Even though my stay wasn’t at all what I was expecting. The staff at check in were more than friendly, and made me comfortable to ask for a refund. She did so with no faces, remarks and apologized for the untidiness and cleanliness of the room. I thank you very much!

The room as soon as you walked in, had a thick dense smell of smoke. (I was in the non smoking room) the bed sheets looked used and just remade to look as if they were changed. And as we got closer, the sheets were riddled with hair. The more you looked, the more popped up. We used those 20 minutes after walking in to look for a different hotel.
