The location was good and we enjoyed having our own patio

We called for towels after the first night because there was only two for three people and we didn’t get them until late the next day.

Stay away! The stay was truly disappointing and horrible! Got cursed by the owner after leaving a review here! The room was very hot and we were all sweating especially at night even though we have set the ari conditioner to the coolest. I tried to message the host the first night we stayed but he didn’t get back to us till two days after, the morning we left. He said the messages system in booking.com didn’t work for the weekend. The worst part is my two small kids and I got stung by the bees in the morning around 10am, when we walked from our unit to the swimming facilities. It was horrible and scary that there was a bunch of crazy bees attacking us all of a sudden inside the resort area. My children screamed and cried. That was the first time ij our life to got stung by bees. I messaged the host immediately and told him the situation. His reply was cold and careless and said ‘ Bees we have never had an issue with Bees ever, this is the resort issue we only control in condo’. He denied the resort has bees issues, neither did he care the condition of me and my kids being stung by the mad bees. It was truly disappointing and we would never stay there again!! After I wrote the review, I got another angry and horrible message from the owner saying ‘ How can I control nature? In 7 years we have never had one comes out bees. People like you are absolutely horrible trying to ruin someone livelihood and income, by leaving a review like that on an issue we have zero control of trying to ruin my business and my family income. People like you are miserable and will go through a miserable life’. The room wasn’t clean at all. It’s a very old room with wardrobe door almost falling off. The bathtub was filthy that I had to scrub it before we used it. The small balcony was dusty and dirty too that none of us were willing to go out to the balcony. With such a overprice, the customer service and the quality of the room were truly disappointing that ruined our vacation.

Location was perfect. comfortable enough for one night stay. Kitchen was so well equipped.

The worst part was we booked stay for 4 people and only 1 towel was provided. how could you do that. and as it was mentioned in the list we didn't carry extra towels and toiletries with us. the fireplace was broken. heating system was okay, didn't work well. when we arrived it was already dark, there was no light outside the unit, we almost tripped carrying our luggage.

Location is perfect for Blue Mtn skiers. Walk to North ski lift! Condo was clean and exactly as pictured.

We booked the condo for 5 people through Booking.com however, it only sleeps 4! Not sure where the confusion lies...with the owner of the condo or the booking company. Also, there were only 2 very small towels, 1 hand towel and 1 face cloth provided. Not sufficient for a family of 5 or even 4. Would be tight even for a family of 4.
