Decent furnishings

Bait & Switch tactics, false advertising, failing to accept any responsibility for errors they are aware of on 3rd party booking sites, try to blame everyone else instead trying to find an equitable solution.

Bed was comfortable. Location was good for us. Main lobby was nice.

Room had no towels or soap in bathroom. Ice maker on floor was broken no ice bucket to go get ice. Breakfast was just OK. Items were cold and some ran out before breakfast was over. Parking was not free, and it shared the lot with another hotel. Parking was a mess if you came in around 7pm or later. I witnessed a maid accidentally drop a broom out of her cart 4 floors up. It came down on a structure where people sit. I told front desk about it. We stayed 3 nights and it was still on top of the structure when we left. Not the cleanest elevator floors and breakfast tables were not cleaned by staff, if you wanted a table you clean it! Would not stay here again

Very nice and clean. Rooms was a decent size and clean. Staff was very nice.

The Ac in our room only worked in the living room so bedroom was very warm. Also, did not appreciate being charged a $10 parking fee. This should be included in the price of the room

Everything was excellent except their tv doesn’t have Netflix or YouTube… I was bored not knowing what to watch for fun 🙆🏽‍♀️

We were told Embassy Suites had "over sold" the hotel and we were moved to another property-- The Homewood Suites.

It was older .... needs updating

Breakfast is great. The woman who makes omelettes makes the best omelettes I’ve ever had. No joke. The hotel just refurbished with some new furniture. It looks a bit cheap and mismatched in the rooms.

Unfortunately our bathroom was missing soap/toiletries. Also, the cost was more than the previous visits.

The newly renovated room were nice

We were not informed by bookings or the hotel in advance that it was under renovation. Some amenities were not available in the way expected. We were not pleased with an early checkin fee and paying for parking under the circumstances

The location was good.

The reservation I had was a one bedroom king suite with a sofa bed at Embassy Suites but we were put in a Homewood Suites with a very small bathroom with no kind of mat to prevent slipping and falling. The bottom sheet was too small to fit the mattress. There was no sofa bed like the reservation said.

The room was spacious and overall clean.

This hotel is in FULL on renovated mode. Because of this I was unable to enjoy the amenities I paid a lot of money for and I was not informed of this until I got to the hotel. But, the worst part was the noise of the machinery and the banging on the walls as early as 7am EVERY SINGLE DAY! It was so loud I can’t believe they are still booking customers to stay at the hotel. I went to the front desk to ask if I could get my money refunded so that I could book a room in another hotel or if they could accommodate me in another one of their properties near by and the from desk manager was very rude about it and told me that they couldn’t and that if I canceled the reservation they would charge me the entire cancellation fee. How does that make any sense!? this is not something I caused! Anyways, to be fair I am sure this hotel will look amazing after this renovation and I am also sure that in other circumstances I would have had pleasant stay. Not this time! If you will be booking at this hotel make sure you ask if they are done with renovations!!!

The noise of construction during the stay

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great and our room was nice and spacious. The rooms are a little outdated but they are currently undergoing renovations. We could hear work being done above us from time to time but it wasn't loud and disturbing. We stayed for 3 nights and it was very relaxing!

toilet much too low. mildew in shower head. shower needed updates including additional safety bar. I thought I was getting an assessable room, did not need hearing assessable. honestly, did not talk to desk about any of this. just review with booking.com.
