This house was a complete gem!! The location was wonderful, a short walk to everything. The house was roomy, clean and bright. Kitchen was well equipped and the property owners were just a phone call away. The communication with them was always quick and easy. The neighbors/neighborhood was great, very friendly! We enjoyed ourselves very much and will certainly try to book it again for our next girls trip!

Great location, responsive hosts, beautidul house, fun time!

We really enjoyed our week at the beach and loved the short walk to the beach. We had to leave a poor rating for an unreasonable host who sent a long list of charges after we checked out. A couple of the items we understood but most of the charges we felt were unreasonable such as leaving lights on, lint in dryer, one bathroom trash can wasn’t emptied, fridge wasn’t scrubbed on the inside, a comforter was left on floor. It seems that’s they don’t have a cleaning service or charge renters for things that are usually covered by these services.

This was our third time staying here, we love it. Communication, location, and house are great. Easy walk to beach and town. We love having meals on the screened in porch. Always a pleasure and we appreciate the opportunity to rent it for our vacation! Thank you!!

The house was in the perfect location for my niece’s wedding in Bethany. There was plenty of space and parking for my family and my sisters family. It was lovely being able to walk to the beach in our off time. There were so many amenities and was close to stores and Grottos. I hope that I can stay there again.

This property was the perfect place for our girls getaway weekend. The location is great - convenient walking distance to the beach and town - on a beautiful street. The house is lovely and was well laid out for us with plenty of amenities - we especially enjoyed sharing our meals out on the screened porch. Plenty of bedrooms and the showers had great water pressure and lots of hot water. Bob and Mary Pat were gracious hosts and available for questions and information. We would recommend this property to any families and friends looking for a great place to spend time in Bethany!

Lots of space, six of us were very comfortable. Clean and well maintained. Very short walk to the beach and into town for dinner. Beach accessories were available, and lots of games and puzzles. Kitchen had everything that we needed.

A great place for a family vacation- clean, spacious, well-equipped, and close to everything!

This house has everything we needed, there’s plenty of space for six adults, two kids, and a baby. Very convenient to the beach, about four minutes from front door to the water. Being that close was nice for taking kids back for a nap. The screened in porch was great for hanging out, and the upper deck provided great view of the water. Everything in this house is first class, definitely would rent again without hesitation!

This home was perfect for our family. Five of us stayed here for a week - rarely having to use our car! We could walk to the beach, into town, and out to dinner. The property was clean and the furnishing comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again!

We had an incredible time at Bob's place! It was very clean and very comfortable. It was more than enough space for my family (2 adults, 4yo and @8mos old) and my sister's family (2 adults, 5yo and 2.5 yo.) The kitchen was well stocked. There was some beach accessories as well as a few games/puzzles for the kids. It had a fresh coat of paint and the outside was very well maintained. The walk to the beach, the playground, and boardwalk was super easy. Such an awesome location and a really beautiful street. This is a beautifully maintained home in a great location. Our 3-generation family felt completely at home. We will definitely come back in 2023 for a longer stay.

Can't thank Bob and Mary Pat enough for sharing their home with us. We rented their amazing home for our semi-annual girls weekend and it was beyond our expectations. This was beyond a doubt the cleanest home that we have ever stayed in, not just at the beach but any of the other VRBO homes that we have stayed in over the years. And that was just the beginning. Their home is beautifully appointed in every detail, from the fully stocked kitchen to the little extras, (little body lotions and bath washes in the bathrooms). The furnishings are all so comfortable they looked and felt brand new right down to the carpets. The beds and bedding (pillows and spreads) were very comfortable, looked and felt brand new. The living room and sun room each have recliners in them and the living room furniture looks and feels brand new. This home is so well taken care of we almost wondered if it was thier every day home. Tons of storage for all of your snacks and anything else that you want to bring. The description does not do this home justice, it is perfect in every way. Short walk to the beach, and down town. Even for a group of senior citizens. The communication with Bob was great, we called with a question and he was so helpful. We definitely will be staying here again. If we could give this home 100 stars we would. We can't wait to come back. Thank you, thank you, thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Somehow my crew timed our visit perfectly. We got what was left of the summer weather before Fall settled in. The accommodations offered by Bob were perfect for our needs. Definitely staying in a home located walking distance from the beach in the future.

The house was in great shape, very clean, and a short walk to the beach. We’d stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The upper-level deck is lovely for checking out the beach with a cup of coffee in the morning. The main-level porch is also great and provided plenty of room for dinner with extended family. The house is very clean and we found everything we needed in the kitchen. The style is very bright and airy, the beds were comfortable (slight squeaking from one of the kids beds but not a big issue) and there's plenty of space. We only used the lower level bedrooms but there are two additional bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs that looked nice. The location is perfect - a short walk to the beach and into town. All-around a really great rental. We hope to be back soon!

We had a great weekend getaway with my mom, daughter, 2 sons (one daughter in law) and 2 grandsons. There was plenty of space for us in the home. The house is in a great location, so close to the beach and the boardwalk. Will definitely consider staying here again.

This was a great house to enjoy the last week of summer. The house was clean, well appointed and in a great locations. A quick walk to the beach made it an easy place to enjoy some time in the sand, pop in for lunch, and back out to enjoy the rest of the afternoon.

The best part of this home was the location - a walk down the short street to the beach, a short walk to downtown Bethany Beach and the boardwalk, and close to path for running/walking/biking. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. There was able supplies to make are stay enjoyable, both for outdoors and in the kitchen. Owners communicated well in answering questions and providing information. Definitely recommend this house and would rent again!

If you are thinking about Bethany Beach, go. Then stay in this house with your friends and family. Well appointed home is good for adults and kids. Bob and Mary Pat met us upon check in and were always quick to answer our questions. Beach and town both only, easy 5 minute walk. Hope to rent again!

With the exception of terrible weather, we loved Bethany Beach and enjoyed our stay!Pros:Great location!!Plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 kidsGood water pressure in showersLoved the three twin beds in one room - fun!Cons:Furniture is worn - could probably use an upgradeDisappointed with basic stay necessities - only provided one garbage bag, one roll paper towel, etc...we've never had to supply these before with a rental propertyZero towels and sheets provided (which we knew about) but again, have not experienced this with a rental. The owners were easy to contact and prompt in their responses. One of the owners did randomly stop by without notice during our stay to pick something up which we weren't thrilled about - thought it odd. Overall the place feels worm but it was clean and comfortable and the location was excellent.

The reservation process was very easy. Bob was responsive to any questions I had and sent me the check in instructions well in advance of our arrival.The property is in a fantastic location - one block from the beach and two blocks from "downtown" Bethany. The home was clean and well maintained with plenty of room for two adults and four teenagers (with room to spare). The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and there were beach chairs and games plus bikes available for our use. I highly recommend this property! Thanks Bob for a great stay.

Bob and Mary were the perfect hosts! The listing was far beyond as described. We have stated at several beach homes and this is by far the cleanest we have had. They have maintained this perfect little home in tip too shape yet made it feel homey. There is no doubt we will stay here again!
