Nice pool Good location

I liked everything.

It’s really convenient and the kids love it.

I go all the time and this time the room was a little dirty wasn’t to happy about that.

Beautiful well maintained resort. Having a full kitchen was wonderful!

The bed was soo hard! The pool closed at 10pm and a guard came to kick everyone out.

Free WI-FI was difficult, either charge for it or don’t offer it.

A beautiful, peaceful desert environment; a casual environment with great rooms; and friendly, helpful staff. We go every year and this is our favorite vacation spot.

There is very little food on location, and public transportation to area groceries and restaurants is limited and expensive. A local bus system or a resort shuttle service would be helpful.

People next door were slamming doors and kids screaming until 2am. Asked to moved and they said it was a 80.00 fee to move rooms.

We were once owners and it just confirms why we are not owners anymore.

They never could get the reservation I had to leave

They are a timeshare and unable to book as a hotel I sat in the waiting area for over an hour while they tried to get my reservation that I was emailed. They never could get the stay to book and I left

The landscaping and architecture is beautiful and the location is somewhat secluded. I liked that the room included a full kitchen and had a separate bedroom and bathroom area.

There is quite a lot of noise transfer between units. You could hear every word your neighbors were saying and hear their forks scraping against their plates. This is a typical timeshare style property that is geared towards families so it was not as quiet and peaceful as I had hoped. I heard several of the disgruntled timeshare owners expressing their dissatisfaction. There was no Internet the entire time I stayed there. the first day they said it was going to be repaired tomorrow, but it was not fixed the next day or the day after. It was very difficult to find parking and I usually had to park several buildings down from where I was staying
