Modern clean room interiors with composite, not carpet, flooring. Competent helpful staff. Well-lit parking area at rear.

No free coffee. Come on, folks. We’re paying sky-high Vancouver prices for a basic but modern motel room with no breakfast and you want me to charge me $1.25 for a morning coffee?! Customer service 101: free coffee sets a tone.

Close to highways ic you have a car this is a good spot to come back to. Clean. Comfortable.

Room is small. Ac is in the room...at least it has AC !

The room was quite clean. I appreciated the snacks like popcorn in the lobby. The property has its parking spaces.

Probably the worst price/quality ratio in our lives. I know this is mostly the matter of the fact of Vancouver's prices of real estate but... The room was so small and so hot, also the use of the space could be much better. Bed was very small and uncomfortable. Staff was not very nice. We also had some noisy neighbours who were playing loud music in the morning.

Cool spot, excellent staff, friendly and hard working. Great value.

we booked a room based on the parameters of dog friendly, the. we were told the only room that allowed pets was the more expensive option (even thought the less expensive one was a match on on Booking)

We had to stay over in Vancouver after our flights were rerouted. It’s pretty far from the airport but it was nice to have a comfy bed and they were able to have us check in at 2:30 am. The neighborhood was quiet residential and the staff was very nice

No lift so we had to drag our heavy suitcase up the stairs. There is a kindergarten located just below the room we stayed so there was lots of crying kids making much noise after about 8 :30 am so I would recommend a room on the other side of the hall from the kindergarten

Very basic. Very small room.. air conditioning pipe went out window, meaning that blind wouldnt go right down. We had to use towels, jackets, and hair clips to block window!......

Staff is amazing !! everyone is so kind, i love the gym and the free snacks they offer.

So small and needs renovations asap. Feels like im in someones odd smelling home.
