The hotel was nice, situated near Boston Common and Theatre District. Room was spacious, clean with balcony. Staff was helpfull.
The bathroom has seen better days. It was clean and spacious but the shower switches were used and not workung properly

The location of this hotel was great! It had 2 subway stops that were not far away, which we used every day. The room had 3 adults in it and it was plenty big for us (we had 2 queen beds). The hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful. Everything was clean and quiet and we had no complaints at all.

The scent every time you walk through lobby was overpowering to is. but that is a personal choice. Front desk staff seems a little too much business and not enough smile. very effective and efficient in doing their jobs kudos. seem so hyper focused on doing just that they are a bit serious for the front desk. Smile and loosen up. think they need a better response or method in directing folks who just arrived from long trips to some nearby local fair.

The man at reception on check in was the rudest man in America.
Tried to double charge me.

Hotel falsely advertised their roof top bar/the only reason I booked this hotel and then claimed because of “the rain” it was closed. We could see guests in it from our bedroom. False Fake advertising.

The location can't be beat. The hotel itself is beautiful and is well-maintained. Staff are polite and attentive. I can't think of another hotel I'd rather go to if I ever come back to Boston.
Poor vegan options for the dinner menu at Rebel's Guild, I wish the vegan burger that is available at lunch was also available for dinner.
Drinks and food at the hotel are definitely on the expensive side in my opinion.

We called in advance of our arrival to be sure there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room (refrig.needed for medicine) but they were not there. It took until the next day to finally get them.
The Front Desk person was not very helpful. I booked our reservation through Southwest Airlines which I later discovered was actually thru Booking.com. and it was very messed up, showing 2 reservations instead of one. Next time I will book directly with the hotel.

Location very good
Roof top bar closed and lobby bar was very expensive. We enquired At reception about shows in the vicinity as it’s in the theatre district but they knew nothing and said no shows during the week. This was incorrect as we got the show Frozen which was excellent.

Absolutely everything was perfect. I had planned a night in the city for my engagement surprise to my girlfriend. I had mentioned it in my booking and received an amazing surprise upon arrival to the hotel. They were so accommodating and attentive, it really made all the difference that evening and she loved it. I couldn’t of asked for anything more, I’ve been to the Revere before and will be returning with her for another ‘staycation’ very soon.

Staff met all our requests-attached rooms, bachelorette cheese board and Prosecco.
$45 additional fee for early check in. Rooms were somewhat dingy, hallways were very hot. Rooms are not sound proofed well. Can hear all the city noise at night
