The location was great. Was not beachfront but you were a short walk away.
They don’t have a restaurant or bar inside. The pool was small but heated. The sheets on our bed were stained with red wine or something red and on the pillow case. We didn’t bring it to their attention, because it’s something they should not have even put on the bed.

The location is fabulous and that is what you’re paying for. The staff were very nice.
The hotel is tired and desperately in need of an update. The carpets, the ceilings, the bathrooms, the beddings, the decor, all of it - tired.

A number of problems was encountered in the room. First of all the heating/cooling unit was locked out and could not change the temperature settings. Had to contact the front desk twice before this was corrected. Cooling unit was very weak; had to leave the window open to cool the room. Also, the lamp next to the bed was nonfunctional.
In general the room felt dated and ill-maintained. Given the expensive cost of the room, I would have expected at the least everything to be functional, but instead it felt like a room of a far lower quality hotel.

Property is very close to the beach and restaurants.
The parking ($20 per day) is very tight and the walls in the room are thin. Neighbors can be heard walking and talking. The shower also would go hot and cold.

I can’t tell you what I didn’t like..
I didn’t like that I paid for full ocean view only to be surprised that the view was blocked by other buildings between the beach and the hotel (no full ocean view) overcharged for nothing.
I also didn’t like that the AC wasn’t working properly, and was making a terrible noise that we had to turn it off to be able to sleep.
there was a mini fridge in the room and it wasn’t working!!
