The studio was clean and presentable at arrival. I like how there was more than one area of closet storage for our belongings. The kitchen had dishes and other appliances if necessary. The location was very convenient, and benches were scattered outdoors for additional seating. The residents were quiet. It was a very peaceful area.

The bathtub mat was lifting and had built up underneath. The water was slow to drain as if somewhat clogged. Also, there was no iron present, only an ironing board.

The breakfast was good. The staff that put out the breakfast was excellent and the location was great.

There was no room service and the phones did not work.

Pretty clean. Very good service people. Nice basketball court. Love the rooms with lofts! Good indoor lighting.

Some outside areas are dark (under stairs) and not as clean or the concrete is stained. Shower hot water in room should get hotter. Rooms need more TV channels. Hotel needs a tennis court.

Anything. The hotel staff were horrible. One staff member started they do not have a name and to report that to the better business bureau after her terrible service. The rooms were not up to standard. There were holes in the wall. Locked doors in your room, drill marks everywhere and the phones in the room were not working neither was the thermostat.

good location to all the places we went in RI. pool was very nice. grounds were nice too.

room was nice, but showed signs of long term stays. broken hand rail, juice stain on rug, rug was pulled in places from animals.

Location was great, within 10 minutes of lots of stores. 10 minutes to Providence and airport

Staff was kind of rude and seemed like they hated their jobs. Couldn't ever give us a straight answer for anything. Whenever we'd ask a question we'd get attitude back.

The pool was hot

So they don't tell you it's not a hotel? It's like housing for the poor where everyone just hangs out all the time I felt like I was at a dorm room it was very loud. In the hot tub doesn't work. But the worst part was is that my TV only worked for 10 minutes and then would stop working. Staff was not helpful at all
