We have spent a wonderful week in Christian‘s summer house located at the Amager Strand. Everything was as you could dream of and as described in the expose. Worth to mention in particular how Christian cared about us.

Christian and Harry were fantastic hosts - they left us with goodies and were always reachable. The location is incredible - we swam at the beach but were a quick ride into the city. The courtyard and outdoor spaces at the beach house are lovely.

This was our second time staying at Christian's beautiful, peaceful and stylish house. The layout is so great for socializing, and the enclosed courtyard is absolutely perfect for keeping an eye on the little ones. Everything we needed and more was supplied and easy to find, the location is fantastic with the beach right there, and shopping/dining/Metro within easy walking distance. Very comfortable beds with nice linens. Any questions we had were quickly answered by text. We wish we could have stayed longer! A+ House and Host!

We were met at the metro station and driven to the property. It was such a lovely gesture after a long day to have someone meet you and show you the house, introduce you to the neighborhood, and even arrange dinner reservations for you in a new country! Christian generously provided us with a Christmas tree and decorations to make our Christmas complete. We were able to use his wonderful kitchen that contained every tool including a food processor
to cook a traditional Christmas Eve dinner. The house was very convenient to the metro and the city and the beach. We had a grand time in Copenhagen and look forward to going again.

The house is modern AND cosy AND ideally located at the beach AND only 5 metro stops from the city center! Christian is the perfect host and immediately helped us when part of our train journey got canceled: He spontaneously organized a taxi for us from Fredericia! And the house was warmly lit and the table ready laid when we arrived in the evening which was simply gorgeous. Thx so much for this wonderful experience of warmth and well-being!

We had a wonderful stay at Christian's house. The house is very comfortable and super stylish, and close to everything. We had an easy time getting in and out of the city, shopping is just around the corner, lots of great restaurants, etc. Our kids loved the beach and playground, and the private courtyard is so nice for relaxing (perfect for small kids, very safe). We found everything we needed at the house, instructions were clear and Christian was always available to answer questions. We would definitely book again. Great house, great host!

A hidden gem in Copenhagen
This place is a perfect "home away from home" kinda of place. The house is a hidden gem for visitors to Copenhagen who want to have a lovely and quiet evening in the most comfortable place while still being able to hop on the metro (7 mins walk) and be anywhere within 15-20 minutes (inner city with all the attractions as well as the airport). The house itself is so lovely and spacious and the deco is very attractive. Christian was very lovely and attentive to all the details. Christian provided all the necessary information needed to enjoy Copenhagen and more. I will definitely return here if I ever come back to Denmark. Thanks again. I had the most wonderful time.

Great style!
In this house you can really feel at home in style! Calm area near the beach and easy access to the city centre thanks to the nearby Metro. We enjoyed our stay a lot, also due to the very thoughtful and kind hosts Christian and Harry!

Excellent property
We are a family of 4, children aged 2 and 4, who enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect with a short walk to the beach, and metro to the city just mintes away. The property fulfilled all our needs and the property manager was easy to reach and provided with all the extras we needed.

Helpful owner and tremendous place
Christian was always available if needed, the location was brilliant as a jumping off point via metro to central copenhagen (particularly as we have one child with mobility problems ).
Rooms are comfortable and feel like being at home and the courtyard is excellent as a place to lounge. Birds, plants and home comforts. A great anday invigorating break. I'd recommend the Copenhagen card if you are likely to use the metro and visit museums/tivoli gardens just so you can visit without eternally calculating costs and returns. Vegetarian food slightly tricky in restaurants - still not really an essential part of the Danish scene. ... but generally a fantastic experience if you allow for denmark being significantly more expensive in most respects!

A Perfect Urban Escape
This lovely, spacious home is perfectly suited for visitors to Copenhagen who want to escape from inner city or apartment living while still being within a stone’s throw of the metropolis. The house itself is extremely comfortable, with every comfort and convenience catered for. It is situated near the beach within easy walk to the Metro (which is really better than having to find car parking in the city). It is a ten-minute Metro ride into the heart of the city with access to all Copenhagen’s attractions. Your host is lovely and very helpful in providing tips to enhance your stay. This choice represents great value and comfort. We would definitely return here on our next visit to Copenhagen

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable mid century modern home!
We had a wonderful stay at this mid century modern home near the beach. The location is great - easily accessible by train from the airport and a quick train ride to the city center. Christian was a wonderful host and left us detailed instructions about every aspect of the house. He also provided us with tons of tourist information making it easy for us to plan our activities. The beds are comfortable and it was nice to have 2 1/2 bathrooms. The patio is adorable and a great place to sip a glass of wine. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a washer/dryer unit available for use. This house was the perfect home base for our weeklong visit to Copenhagen. Highly recommend!

Awesome house and host
Very well located, close to the beach and to the metro that takes you downtown in no time. The house itself is unique and beautiful. The private 'internal' yard surrounded by windows make you feel like living inside and outside. The house is well equipped and clean. Christian is a perfect host. Always available for you and he makes sure to provide all the info you need to enjoy your stay in gorgeous Copenhagen.
I highly recommend this house!

Wonderful Experience
We loved our visit to Denmark and this house was wonderful. It has a beautiful courtyard and garden area. The interior is very comfortable- especially the beds. It has a great kitchen for cooking and a fireplace for relaxing at the end of the day. The neighborhood is very safe and is a short walk to both the beach and the metro. Christian was always available to answer questions and offer suggestions to make our stay as pleasant as possible. This is a great rental for a family with kids.

Fantasic house for a family over winter
Our holiday in Copenhagen was fantastic and spending 3 week in one house with a family of 6 this was a great house. The house was definitely a major contributing factor to the success of our holiday. It was big enough to accommodate my family of six including 2 adults, 2 young kids and 2 grandparents and a wheelchair which was a mandatory requirement.
The house had everything you need to accommodate a large family with 2 separate areas. I loved the kitchen and entertaining area and the music connected throughout the house. It is great to stay at a house that has everything in the kitchen, of course internet, cable, apple TV, a fire place. The house was close to the beach which was ideal for beach walks and some jogging, close to metro (3-4 stops to CBD), supermarket and coffee shop all in walking distance. Christian our host was great, very welcoming and made his house ours. He even got a us a Christmas tree which was a nice and organised us on a guest list for a new years party ...thanks mate!. Highly recommended.

summarized: extraordinary and very spacious apart
This apartment is really something special. On arrival, a friend of Christian welcomed us and showed us everything - very courteous, helpful and uncomplicated. The apartment is an architectural gem. Generous, open spaces enclose a nice atrium. We have felt really good. In the evening we were able to warm up by the fireplace after a day of sightseeing. The seaside location is fantastic, but also the city center of Copenhagen is not far away. One day we used the bicycles another day the metro, both no problem to get to the center.
Thanks, Christian!

Unique home close to the beach and Metro
Our family of four ( including two teenagers) enjoyed a week at this interesting and stylish house . Just over 5 minutes walk from the Amager strand metro station and a few hundred metres to the coast and the man made island beaches made this is great location for us . We found the area generally very quiet as it is a suburb but the 24 hr Metro and compact nature of the city means it is quick and easy to get around.
The owners normally live in the property so it was well stocked with items that you normally end up paying extra for in a holiday let. The central courtyard garden was real sun trap and the planting in the small garden to the rear mean it was well shaded and very private. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
