Good breakfast Clean property. Friendly staff.

Was charged a $25 incidental fee. It is supposed to be refundable but should be disclosed on the booking site.

The availability of breakfast was great but we didn't eat as we left early for fishing trip on Tawakoni and didn't want to eat. The lady at the desk was helpful, the rooms had been renovated but looked like it(we had stayed there several years ago) We didn't have a bad stay or experience, it met our needs.

The renovation on the rooms...they just looked like they had been renovated.

The front desk staff was very friendly.

Charged us twice for the room and never called me back when she said that is clearly what happened. The room was dirty and there was a roach in the bathroom

Overall this hotel was great. It was in a great location, easy to find, and reasonably priced. The rooms were comfortable, the bathroom was nice, and it was quiet at night. It was everything we needed for one night.

I never like negative posts but we did have a not-so-good experience when it came to checking in and getting a room. We called a few weeks ahead of time and ask for early check-in between 12 PM-1 PM, they were more than happy to accommodate our request since we were coming in from out of town for a wedding. We tried checking in at 11 which we knew was WAY too early but it didn't hurt to try. We went out for lunch and returned around noon to find out that all the rooms were completely booked and they were unsure when they would have one available. They asked us to come back within an hour and that they would try to make something happen. We returned almost 2 hours later; this time they had a room available. Unfortunately, the friends that were with us also booked a room for the wedding and were told that they did not have any rooms available and probably wouldn't be available until after 3. This became an issue because we all had a wedding that started at 4 and we all still needed to get ready. It ended up being a getting-ready party in my room due to theirs not being ready on time. I was very disappointed with this, we would have picked a different hotel if we would have known this was going to happen.

I am upset about them taking advantage of me for adding Thursday night to my stay. it was supposed to be $109 but they took me for $ 175. so in the future when I travel, I will keep that in mind about how y’all did me.
