Breakfast was great. They had sausage, eggs, toast, bagels, yogurt, cereal, fruit juice and coffee. The staff was friendly. Applebee's in the hotel. Room was clean. There's a nice pool. Comfortable beds.

Key cards didn't always work and had to go and get them fixed.

The breakfast was fine but would have liked more selection in the breads.

There was only one plug in the whole room and no USB ports (guess we are spoiled because every other BWP has them). Breakfast was good, but there was SO MUCH PEPPER IN EVERYTHING that it was almost a texture in the eggs.

Right off the interstate and with an Applebees in the same building. Very convenient as we were very tired and hungry.

Location

For the price, would have liked a full size pillow versus a pillow the size of a decorative sofa pillow. Could tell it's an old hotel (bathtub, tile, trim)

Location was good. It has an Applebees in the lobby area. Plenty of parking.

For the same price as a Marriott you get little value. Its a bit worn, dirty carpets, bathroom tub felt like I might fall through the bottom of{weird shape, hard to stand in) The Applebees in the lobby was short staffed so even though the place was 2/3rds empty they had a 1/2 hour waiting list for one person. I went through the drive thru at KFC instead. Anyhow a bit disappointed with this one.

Nicely appointed rooms. Good breakfast offerings.

Just a few minor maintenance things. Didn't inconvenience me at all. It's an old property which has been extensively renovated.
