The location and the resort were excellent

We booked the Kamole Sands based on reviews and being directly across the street from the beach.   When we arrived on Saturday we noticed bugs walking across the stove.  I found some window cleaner and sprayed the area hoping it would get rid of them.  we ended up calling housekeeping and they came and sprayed. We also had to clean the floors because there were food crumbs all over and wipe everything thing down because there was a film of dust everywhere.  The seal on the refrigerator had mold on it along with the door catch, I cleaned that the best I could.  The bathrooms needed the baseboards cleaned and around the toilets.  Not sure when the last time this unit was used or cleaned.   The bed has some kind of mattress cover that is very uncomfortable and the bed sinks towards the middle.  Probably time for a new mattress.  The air conditioner is a wall unit in the living area and is super loud.  we were in unit 5210.

I loved that I only had to walk across the street to the beach. And I loved that this condo was very quiet. I heard no noises at night which was excellent! I also liked the pool and the fact that in the morning adults could swim.

The air conditioning knob was lost for one of the air conditioners and the fact that one AC was not in one bedroom was hard for my travel companion. Very glad there were fans for that smaller room.

The location is amazing, just cross the street into the ocean. Nice resort.

The cleaning is just done when you leave, they don’t let you do a lot of things in the swimming pool (like bringing inflatables, diving…)

Awesome location. Will definitely stay here again.

We rented two single bedroom condos. One was very nice new furnishings and decorated beautifully. The second was nice but much older furnishings and was in need of a freshening up. Both were clean. My 9yr old very much enjoyed the pool. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. Staff kept to themselves but were friendly and helpful when called upon. I will happily stay again in the future.

One of the condos we rented could use a remodel. The cupboards and furnishings were dated. However it was very clean and had a very comfortable bed!

location to the beach was nice

the staff at the lobby were generally pretty rude and dismissive. the condo itself was so run down and not kept up. the furniture was old and uncomfortable, the entire unit was outdated, old and dingy it was gross.

Location across from an excellent snorkeling beach. Clean & comfortable. Having 2 bathrooms was a plus. Staff were very helpful.

Noisy in the morning. Quiet hours supposedly go til 8 AM but garbage trucks are emptying dumpsters before 7:00. Tennis courts outside our window got busy early as well. Guest registration needs more staff. It took a full hour to check in.

Location was great and grounds were nice.My favorite place to stay when I come to Maui.

The air con didn’t work was very noisy. The whole place is so dated needs to be refurbished throughout I thought I had walked into my grandma flat and she is 99! The sofa uncomfortable the balcony furniture dated and uncomfortable. Fridge good but not able to make ice. Dishwasher worked but broken. Lack of hot water if two people shower they were both cold

beautiful property in a great location. condo is spacious and roomy.

Great location and compound.

The room was very dated, and furnishings were basic. No aircon in the master bedroom. We will definitely stay at Kamaole Sands again but will get a different room.

Phone didnt work initially, but Wayne the maintenance guy was great and fixed it. Gym was closed whole time we were there which sucked
