location was great and that it had a nightclub attached

the rooms with 2 beds always tiny no room for suitcases the bathroom was so tiny could dry yourself or do makeup properly had to keep curtains closed as hotel next door windows look in and people walking past for the money would have expected the rooms to be roomy and bathroom bigger

The property was worn down and tired. They advertise their accommodations as sleek. I would say the rooms are sparsely furnished with a bed and one small chair. The furniture is of medium grade quality and not very comfortable.

The room was actually really great. Good size, not too loud, very comfy bed.

shower needs major updates water barely was hot or coming out of shower head mold in the shower stains on sheets and closet doors house keeping came by one time which was the day before departure

Great oceanfront view

No microwave, no mini fridge, no clean rags nor towels. Had to keep calling front desk because housekeepers weren’t replacing our rags and towels when they came to clean our room.

Location was great - close to beach, bars, and restaurants. Most of the staff was super friendly and helpful. The king bed was super comfortable, plus I loved the big pillows since I'm a side sleeper. The shower was spacious and the 3-sided bathroom mirrors were great for getting ready. I never tried the coffee downstairs, but my husband did and he said he liked it. Our ocean view was beautiful.

Very noisy - I could hear not just the club downstairs til 3am, but also other guests talking in their rooms or down the hallway, doors slamming shut. There was this big heavy door just outside my room that separated 3 rooms from the rest of the hallway, this door was slam shut at all hours of the night making my heart jump from my chest. I'm pleased to say though that the staff listened to my concerns and put a door stoppers to hold it open, although, I had to ask for it 3 times. The rooms were cold/sterile looking like hospital rooms. It gave me and my friends this depressing feeling at first, but I got used to it by the end of the week. Two of the three rooms that we booked didn't have full length mirrors which made it harder to get ready. Staff told us the two rooms without full length mirrors were the newly renovated rooms (which is also when they took color and art off the walls making it look like a hospital room). I didn't like the layout of the bathroom - as soon as you open the door you walk right into the toilet. I literally hit my shins a couple times trying to walk around it. I appreciated the closet, but I would have also loved a dresser to take the rest of my clothes out of the suitcase. The rooftop terrace was under construction and inaccessible (first week of Oct 2022) - I would have appreciated the hotel letting us know ahead of time. The fee includes towels and beach chairs, but the chairs are 5 blocks up the beach, the towels are bath towels, and you have to pay $20 for an umbrella.

The location is incredible and if you are looking the party in Miami it's perfect. The room had a great view, was large and clean.

The beds weren't particularly comfortable and the windows certainly weren't sound-proofed. Don't stay here if you want an early night!
