The room was kind of dirty but the bed was clean.

施設内に駐車場がないヴァレーパーキング方式であるため、車に乗るたびに待ち時間が発生する(15-20分)ので面倒。 また、駐車料金を1泊あたり65ドル徴収されるのには驚かされた。

We were charged an extra US$45.00 per day for the resort charge which we were not aware of when we booked. We did not even use the pool or any of the facilities. Our balcony sliding window door for the room was locked permanently and we cannot access. We paid extra for an Ocean view room with balcony and yet we cannot even open sliding window to go outside.

Walls between the rooms are paper thin, which means you can hear everything.

The facility was super clean. Staff was amazing and super friendly.

The staff we interacted with were nice.

The property and rooms are very dated, the sheets and towels had stains and other people’s hair on them, the room smelled like mildew with a hint of human urine and the only window is to the balcony door that is bolted shut due to “structural damage.” Not to mention the room was dark with minimal lighting and furniture—it felt like a liquidation sale in our room. Oh, the pool is also tiny and you are lucky if you get any seats by the pool.

The beach and the pool are awesome at the “First Lady of Waikiki”. The staff are incredibly friendly and the free breakfast buffet every day is very convenient and has plenty of selections.

The balcony access at the Tower Wing is restricted due to structural inspections which was a bummer due to the room having an awesome view but us not being able to enjoy it. There are also not enough beach chairs near the pool area.

Wonderful elegant well appointed hotel! The history and layout are so nice!

They won't except any form of vitual payment. Which put the only damper a wonderful stay at this iconic location

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I found the entire hotel to be very well kept and clean.

I found the prices to be a little high, specially the food and drinks.

The beach is always the best and outside eateries were delicious.

Our room was amazing as we had a balcony. This was an absolute highlight as we could open the doors, and the beach was right there. What a view, plus listening to the ocean. Comfortable king size bed and the housekeeping staff ensured our room was cleaned promptly each day. Loved sitting in the rocking chairs on the veranda and just taking a pause. The gym was well equipped, and we used it a few times. Love the location of the Moana Surfrider as it is close to the beach, restaurants, transport and the shops.

Rooms need a good update , service generally average, hotel cleanness all round need a good update in every way. Very dissatisfied with many thing .

No services available due to strike. We were put in a room right next to the protesters. Being woken up by drums, megaphones and constant shouting out your window at 6am is not ideal. The carpet in the room was soaking on arrival.

Great location on the beach. close to restaurants and pubic transportation.

Having to rent sun chairs and umbrella from the hotel. This should be free to guests. The hotel restaurant was ridiculously expensive.

Balkone gesperrt - keine Möglichkeit, Fenster zu öffnen - und das am Meer bei diesem Preis! Weder Meeresrauschen, noch ein gemütlicher Sitz mit Blick auf den Strand, noch ein Foto (außer durch geschlossene Scheibe) möglich. "Auf unbestimmte Zeit".

Questo è l’hotel dove prenotare per godersi Waikiki. In 50 passi dal tuo letto al bagno con le tartarughe di mare. 50 passi in senso opposto per buttarsi nello shopping sfrenato. Si tratta di un posto indescrivibile.

L’hotel è considerato luogo di passaggio tra la boulevard e la spiaggia di conseguenza manca di privacy, passa chiunque (non solo gli ospiti) per andare in spiaggia. Di sicuro non è elegante quanto la struttura meriterebbe. Bar e ristorante cari ma la posizione strepitosa. Conviene uscire e portarsi il take away pratica con mia sorpresa tollerata dallo staff! Se si vuole risparmiare si può anche soggiornare in hotel oltre la strada, attraversare e usare gli spazi comuni dell’hotel nessuno chiede niente, basta consumare

Everything! The hotel is magnificent, and steeped in history. We loved staying on Waikiki Beach, and being able to go between the pool and the ocean at our leisure. The location is stunning, and is right in the heart of Waikiki, walking distance to absolutely everything. The pool staff, concierge and front desk staff were wonderful.

The balcony was out of use but we were aware of that before we went.

Maybe add free breakfast for stayings. Also let people drink outside food/drinks while sitting on the beach chairs on the pool side.
