部屋のテーブルは超小さい 備え付けコーヒーが2個以上は有料 レストランのビーフ４２ドル煮たものを冷凍していた感じーー酷い レセプションの女性が予約がないと１時間スマホで色々やらされて他のスタッフに変わったら予約ありますーー １時間立ちっぱなしでスマホ操作させられた

Parking

Rooms not clean. Very small shower. Not clean. No balcony even though requested. Room given was not at all worth $440 for one night.

The fact that you charge for a cup of coffee in the lobby in the morning is very off putting. At the room rate and charges for parking you would think at least you could get a coffee like most any other hotel.

Location was great

Very comfortable, staff great, love the updated makeover. Hotel beautiful and not stuffy!! So clean

Location was great to go to the Channel Islands. Parking was good.

We hated with glass door for the bathroom! Terrible privacy in the bathroom and light pollution at night. I think the room was designed by someone that doesn't stay at hotels very often. It was very sleek and modern but not a great design sense other than the room was large. I thought the breakfast should have been included for the price we paid to stay there.

Location was amazing. The facility was amazing. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy.

Only thing I could think of was when I got there it was a long line to check in but that’s not really a big deal.
