Loved staying here, the digital key, the size of the room. They also cleaned & emptied the trash every 2 days which I have found lacking in several of the hotels in this area.

I liked everything

The breakfast area was clean and the food was good. All of the staff we encountered were very nice as well.

We literally picked this hotel for the hot tub and pool and they were both filthy and the hot tub wasn’t even working, so that was really disappointing. Also, we booked a room for 6 people and were given 3 towels, 3 washcloths, and no body soap.. always annoys me when hotels do this when they know how many people are coming.

The refrigerator in our room made awful noises all night to the point we couldn’t sleep. The bed was marketed online as a king but was a full size bed. The decor was very outdated and the shower did not drain quickly to the point that you were standing in water at the end of your shower.

The facilities were great and the staff friendly and helpful.

There was no hot water in the bathroom sink area and some of the danishes at breakfast were frozen when put out but I think they had someone new working that area and he didn't know. Had plenty of other food to chose from to eat.

Beds were completely shot, should be thrown out. Requested housekeeping 2 days, the first day was told they were “too busy” to provide housekeeping, the second time, they said “sure”, but upon return to room that evening nothing had been done.

Large room; personable and helpful staff; great breakfast; free shuttle ….and cookies!
