The location was excellent to transit for attending sports events , plus close to shopping , restaurants and Pike’s market!!
The check out process not customer friendly. No one could pay the night before check out.. had to all wait at 11 am at front desk area.. 233 suites checking out at same time. When travelling with a friend want to see bill ahead of time and put charges on 2 cards. Anthony at front desk was exceptionally helpful our whole stay!

Anthony provided exceptional service at check-in!-) He checked to see if an upgraded room might be available (at my request) and provided us with the service I've come to expect as a Hilton Honors member. Well done!-)

The hotel spelt amazing and had wonderful products to use. The beds were very comfortable and the staff accommodated our request for a crib. Close to downtown and a variety of restaurants and attractions!
The bathroom isn’t super private as the sliding door leaves a huge gap. The walls are also super thin and we were close to the ice machine so we heard that all night long and people in the halls. Parking was also very expensive.

No Robes! Website said they had them, we stayed for a girls weekend at a Hilton for the Robes!

Good location, quiet rooms.
The cleaner woke us up at 8:45 by knocking on our door. Then knocked again at about 9:10am. We told her both times that we thought we had until 11:00am to check out. We spoke to the front desk about this and they said they clean the floors of the hotel starting at the top and her phone indicated that she was scheduled to clean our room at that time. The system either incorrectly told her we were checked out or she was in a set cleaning schedule which assumed we’d be gone by that time, which is odd. We did not out the door not disturb sign on the door, I never been told to do this in order to get the cleaning staff to wait until we have checked out to clean our room. Out friends in a neighbouring room took a load of stuff to their car around 10am but hadn’t checked out yet ant the cleaner was in the room already in the time they had gone downstairs. The system needs to be changed to notify the cleaners when guests have checked out and not to go into the mor rooms before that time. So odd.
Also the parking cost is too high at $50 US. Change the room rate to balance out the parking rate a bit pls.
We didn’t love the barn door on the bathroom. Zero sound privacy. I could hear my husband poop.

It was a place to sleep.
Many hidden fees
Dingy hallways
Wifi didn't work

Big modern clean quiet room, very well located hotel, for a reasonable price
Lots of drug addicts in nearby streets was sad and depressing and made us feel a little unsafe when we went out to eat.

It was in a good location. The staff was friendly.
The lighting was terrible in the room. No fan in the bathroom. The thermostat only offered a fan on low or high...no heat.. It blew cold air directly on each bed....in the winter. We ended up closing the vents.
No microwave. Ice machines were a scavenger hunt. The elevator is very small.

Good location
Parking rate is off the charts expensive but our SUV would not fit in their garage anyway so we parked elsewhere and saved money. Pet fee was much higher than I would expect at $75. The room was quite dark even with the lamps on, it was hard to see things even in daylight.
There is no driveway that takes you to the front door at reception but instead there are two parking stalls in front on the main street with a sign that says drop off only three minute maximum and it was not enforced because we had to drive around the block about four times to be able to park out in front, which was a big inconvenience given that I have a broken ankle. When we checked out, it was the same situation. There was a service van that was servicing the hotel, and it was there for a really long time. I’m not sure why they thought that the hotel guest passenger drop off and pick up was a good place for service vans to park.
I reserved the hotel with my credit card and my husband has a loyalty card but they wouldn’t take it because he’s not the one that made the booking .
Neither my son nor I were able to work the shower . We didn’t want to break anything by forcing it but it was not obvious to us how to turn it on, so I had a sink bath.
Toilet paper holder on wall tipped down each time we touched it, knocking the roll on to the floor.
The clock showed an hour ahead and i tried to change it but couldn’t figure it out (not my job!! Daylight savings was an entire week ago). I unplugged it and somehow still a 5:35 am alarm on the unplugged clock woke us up.

Clean room
I stayed two nights, the Wi-Fi was broken both nights.
The room was full of glowing LEDs, done if which blinked.
I tried to adjust my reservation at the from desk and they said that could only be done online.
I've stayed at this hotel many times before and it has been fine, but this visit was really just unpleasant and I don't think I'll come back.

Room was spacious and clean. The gym had a diverse array of options. The beds were very comfortable.
The in-hotel restaurant was wildly expensive. Breakfast for two was almost $80 after tip.

Excellent location for shopping and a short walking distance to the Market.
Breakfast took a while.

I liked the location and the view. The hotel presents well. It does have nice beds and linens. The pillows were very plush! The lovely bell man was extremely courteous and worked very hard and the people were very kind.
The light in our bathroom was partially out.
The fridge was not as cold as it should have been. We were traveling with our 1 year old who still drinks milk. We needed to make sure it stayed cold and it was just strange that we couldn't set the fridge colder.
I would say that the hotel does nickel and dime you any chance they get. Pay for parking, pay for the usage of the Wi-Fi, and I thought it was very strange.
When we went to park the key card didn't work. We were then stuck in the way of traffic. They did make it right but we had issues on the way out too. We unfortunately were not the only ones.
For a Hilton it seemed very disjointed. We have stayed at many different places and of many different standards and we have had better amenities at lower star hotels.

On site restaurant (on 5th floor with balcony seating) and parking (though spendy) were super convenient, not to mention the restaurant (not affiliated with the hotel) on street level/underneath hotel.
Had some long waits for the elevator during peak times. Ice machines are only located on the 8th, 12th and 20th floors so that is inconvenient depending on your room location.

It was close to the event we were going to.
Do not charge a resort fee

Location was decent but lots of homeless nearby.
The front desk staff wasn’t helpful, a blonde lady with a Eastern European accent said she would tell us when the room was ready we sat across from her desk and she just walks away. After 20 minutes we went to another staff member who checked us in no issue.

Great location, clean, trendy, fun. Good restaurant.
We arrived before 4pm and provided our check in info (ID, credit card) but no rooms yet available, told to return after 4 to check in. Returned at 4:30 to a HUGE line of people waiting to check in and we were told we’d still have to wait in line, even though all we needed was a room and keys. Not happy about that so we went for a walk and came back late to a much shorter line.

The bed was very big and the room was spacious. The location was perfect.
Check-in time was 16:00 (even though it's not that early), but the room wasn't ready, so I was able to get in after 17:30 after spending a long time on the lobby sofa. Embarrassingly, there was someone else's luggage in the room I entered. Fortunately no one was there, but it would be very unpleasant for the person who was there to find out that we broke into his room. Needless to say I was very unpleasant. When I went to the lobby and told the situation, the staff just said "I don't know why" and gave me another room. This is the whole experience at Motif.

nice hotel as you would expect from Hilton. The hotel is in a good location in the downtown area of Seattle and ten minutes walk to Pikes market.
Unfortunately Seattle seems to have a problem with a large amount of homeless people who congregate around the downtown area. They didn't really bother us as we travel as a couple but I think I would be intimidated as a solo traveler early morning or late evening.

Location. Easy walk to pike market
Outdated
Too expensive for what it is
Not flexible at all
Staff put other rooms' bills on my credit card after checkout. Still trying to get these removed.

I stayed here for 2 nights. Comfortable room with everything you need and amazing view. Friendly staff, quickly helped with the settlement, I arrived earlier than the appointed time, and a room was entered for me. The location is also great, you can explore the center without a car, close to the waterfront, and their fish market.
The only thing you need to understand is that there are a lot of homeless people in the center, unfortunately.

The location is quite near to the conference venue. The staff service is good and the room is clean. Definitely recommend this hotel to stay for your business trip in Seattle, WA.

Location is perfect although a bit close to the homeless people sleeping on the streets
The only bad thing was the smell of urine in the underground car park

I loved how close it was to everything. The location of the hotel made it so easy to walk everywhere!
Long wait at Check-In

Hotel was located close to all attractions. The bed was more comfy than home.
I didn't like the bathroom door. It was a slide door with no kind of lock or latch to keep it from opening. I had to go to a different floor to find ice. The door was broken to the ice machine on my floor.
10.0 / 10.0
The staff were friendly and fun…the location meant we parked our vehicles when we arrived and were able to walk to all the fun for the next 3 days and returned to our vehicles when we checked out
No complaints at all
7.0 / 10.0
staff was nice and helpful...especially concierge. Offered us free drink tickets at check in. Motif is so close to Pike Place Market, Monorail and light rail which is in the mall/shopping center. Great location.
1) Location was great yet all around the streets felt like Zombie land---so many homeless drugged out of their heads just lying on the street--smelled like urine everywhere---it's becoming like San Francisco unfortunately.
2) cleaning staff didn't do a good job at all---room wasn't cleaned for 2 days in a row--misunderstanding with the DO NOT Disturb sign---nonetheless---once cleaned they forgot some sheets on our suitcases, they didn't replace any soaps used, didn't clean glasses used and didn't vacuum the floor. But Asst Manager made up for it.

Great location, near by attractions and rail. Ambience was nice and all the staff were friendly and professional.
Only complaint was the bathroom door. It was sliding barn style doors with no locks and easily opened by itself.
