All paper plates and cups. Not a big selection. Also the Bible museum seems very out of place there.

Breakfast was very acceptable, and generous hours of operation. Would have loved more fresh fruit, but that's a personal preference. Nice to have additional snack items available for sale 24/7 at the front desk. Plentiful towels, good shower floor.
Couch in room needs a serious clean or replacement. Lots of stains. Tables & chairs in room had various crusty residue from spills. I cleaned them all so we didn't get on our clothes. A full length mirror would have been nice. Parking post concert was almost non existent. We parked in a reserved spot and let the front staff know.

The breakfast was amazing!
Our room location. It was next to a conference room. There was a party in that room our first night. It was very loud. Many of the guests were going outside and smoking weed in the parking lot. I had to turn off the a.c. because the smell was coming in my room.

A/C thermostat in our room wasn’t working and we had to use the window unit itself to control the temperature. HOWEVER, there were clear signs on the unit saying “USE THE WALL THERMOSTAT.”. Hotel staff knew about this but we were not informed, which led to us having 2 very miserable, hot nights as we wondered what we were doing wrong. Finally we asked about the thermostat and were told. NOT considerate.

The staff was friendly. The room and dining area was very clean also the food was good. The Bible museum was very interesting.
No ice machine on the 3rd floor. The decor looks a little dated.
