The location was really nice!

I did not like the first room that was given to my family mold/mildew was in the bathroom and a terrible smell was in the room. We were give another room, but for the price we paid I expected alittle more cleaner and better comfort.

Very spacious rooms for a pretty good price honestly. Very clean and hallways have such a clean smell I was impressed.

We noticed the hallways and stair ways have no cameras.. don’t think that’s a very safe idea.

Food was horrible. I was charged an extra separate $100 that bounced my checking acct. guess who pays the bank fee??? ME. Also, got 2 rooms, asked to be close together… we were literally on opposite ends of the hotel….

The breakfast buffet was great an food was hot..could offer waffles though..but in all was a great meal to start a day.

Pool was always crowded during day ..maybe some evening hours for adults only

it’s a nice hotel and I like the suite.

I had a nice greeter staff when I checked in but on Saturday after I checked in once the shift changed to 3-11 and there was a different person at the desk he claimed his name was “Trei” he was very rude and every time I asked for something it was feedback or basically a no in technical terms. At one point I explained to him I shouldn’t be turned down every time I come to the desk or my children comes and ask for free cookies or water their being told no. he handed me cookies but he held on too them tight and stared at me for a while which was weird. I took the cookies and just left but I did not like his greeting and if he is at the desk the next time I come there I am liable to turn back around and not stay there because I did not pick a cheap hotel and it was a holiday weekend so it was additional fees I’m sure and we didn’t deserve to be treated like that. thank you!

Very convenient location to Beacon Surgery Center. restaurant was very nice. staff were very helpful.

Facility in some areas needs an update

I was supposed to get a refund due to poor service . I was going to get moved but they said service would be the same. So I was offered 1 of 2 nights refunded and it never happened.

It was away from a lot of traffic but still is a great location.

Front desk staff friendly. Room VERY clean and spacious Breakfast & Wait Staff we’re EXCELLENT … we had a competition meet to get to and they got us (a family of 6) in and out with a smile. The parrot in the lobby stole my childrens heart and was a BONUS because we had to clue it was going to be there. They were sad he had a bedtime lol

Rooms were Dingy and dusty. Beds were small and uncomfortable. Paid for breakfast included and was told I would have to pay extra for breakfast anyway. overall a terrible stay.

The price and the location. Second shift staff was great. The staff on first shift was rude and treated us like we were back in slavery days. She told us to use the back elevator.

They had bugs crawling on the ceiling in the Room , the sheets wasn't clean nor was the bed spread. I to wait for someone to come and change the bedding because housekeeping wasn't able to do it. I called immediately when we saw the bug crawling and asked for a refund but wasn't able to refund my money due to third party booking. They gave me free breakfast coupons and points.
