Clean. Very very clean!
Bed was so squeaky. Furniture was cheap. No heathy options for breakfast. Indoor Pool was not heated.

Location.
1. Front desk personnel were not smiling, greeting proactively. They replied, though, once we greeted them.
2. Our room (305) had a floor by the bed that's not even. There's a hole/gap underneath. We could feel the hole. It seems like they just covered the flaws with the carpet. Did not feel very safe.
3. Hallway (3rd floor) had uneven surface/floor.
4. No complimentary water in the room. I had to call 2 times for water before I was told I had to go down to the front desk to get our water.

We stayed for three days the hotel did not clean the room change towels, no room service at all.

I didn't like that I made my appointment through booking . com with confirmation and the hotel didn't have anything showing I made the appointment in January. They were able to get me a room still but it took a while to find me something

Nothing was to like.
The front door was broken, coffee the first night was cold and there were no apples either day.
The floor in the room could have been cleaner.
The didn't service the room for the second day.
The so called breakfast was a waste of time going to because it was so bad. The person working the breakfast didn't speak English so we could not communicate with her. The juice machine was broke and there was no posting.
To put it in a nutshell this place in my opinion was not up to the standards I'm use to.in a Hampton inn.
