I was able to check in early and my room was clean and neat.
We had just come from a long flight and wanted to eat lunch, however the bar that was supposed to be serving lunch opened an hour later. We ended up spending a ton at the hotel "store".

Bed was comfortable.
No trash can in the room, no microwave or refrigerator and pool was under construction. No breakfast only a buffet that cost 20.00 per person. Parking cost 15.00 per night.

I’m a Hilton diamond member. However, the front guy said that no Hilton points, no breakfast credit, and no water bottles because I booked this hotel by third party website. It’s the worst Hilton hotel I’ve ever been to.

The location & parking
A LONG walk down several halls to get to the elevators to go to our room, and we had several handicap people, could not find a luggage cart, and all of us had to haul all of our luggage down tons of halls , had to ask for a refrigerator, and it was broke finally got another one that worked barely.. our ice machine on our floor was broke and had to go to different floors looking.
Definitely too much money for what we got .  needless to say absolutely no continental breakfast. What I did find had expired disgusting yogurt.

check in - person at desk actually walked me to the elevator to show me where it was and how to work it. Parking was easy and close to front door. Dinner was really good - Caesar salad with grilled salmon - delicious. My friend had tacos - best ever.

common areas of the hotel were nice (lobby, bar, elevator, hallways)
the bathroom in our room was not the cleanest. sink-under the counter ledge was dirty; tub-seal/grout around the tub looked like mold & the door to our room was not level to the floor and looked split & resealed down the center. (have photos)

The staff were very friendly and acted in a professional manner that was refreshing for the St. Louis area. The restaurant staff (cooks, greeters, waiters) were fantastic! They came out to talk to me and were very friendly. The shuttle to the airport was right on time and the driver deserved a $20 tip. Location very close to the airport.
The location was under construction, so it was difficult to find a parking spot. Plus, this hotel charged $20 a day for overnight parking, where most hotels let you park for free if you use your reservation.

Liked the convenience of the location and the shuttle to get to the airport was the main reason we booked this hotel.
Thought the cleanliness could have been better, the carpets had things stuck to it, long black hair in the bathroom. Simple facilities like a jug to boil water would have been appreciated. Ended up getting hot water from water dispenser in gym for baby bottle.

i am a Hilton honors member and requested room next to the elevator. she got
me a room next ti the elevator not knowing that there are two sets of elevators and got me the one that was close to the one to the back entrance so had to walk double the distance. bed was dirty with dust and hair. it was the worst experience snd i think motel 6 would have been better. very disappointed!

Airport shuttle, very friendly bartender who also served breakfast the next morning. nice comfortable room.

Hotel needs a major rejuvenation. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room rate is expensive for the condition of the hotel. The website and advertisements is misleading it needs to reflect the actual age of the property.
Staff was pleasant and helpful. Location is convenient to get to the airport.

I paid for the stay for a colleague for work on Booking.com the room selected was with breakfast included and this came with an increase in price. this was stated on the booking. however she was asked to pay and I received an invoice for the breakfast which was already paid for. My colleague refused to pay at the time as it was on the booking, guest services excuse was that it was booked through 3rd party and that it was not their fault.
