Great location to Broadway, breakfast

Everything exceeded my expectations. The room was large and well appointed, and the location was perfect Breakfast was well organized and plentiful and a huge wonderful surprise was food and music in the lobby!

The only minor negative thing was that breakfast hours were very short

All facilities were helpful and the employees of the Holiday Inn Express were absolutely welcoming in everyway. Kind, companionate and also attentive. I'm impressed with how you're entire staff has an impressive work ethic. Assistance is huge when I travel. I know I will be staying here again for comfort, hospitality, on kindness to you're customers I would like to say from you're valet and welcoming stations, front desk, baggage claim , Cafe and the housekeeping team I extend my gratitude. I am Paul I had a wonderful time staying here at you're Holiday Inn Express and Conference center. I stay at the Seabrook Nh location often and have an iHG rewards number. I'm looking at my schedule and would enjoy another stay. Valerie is and was a savior to me. Her kindness and representing Holiday Inn' Nashville on Broadway is embedded in my stayas one huge bright spot in my first stay here at a classy, affordable yet comfortable hotel to be welcomed into Nashville. Valerie and you're welcoming shift upon my arrival and departure on Tuesday through Friday morning met my expectations. Thank You for the opportunity to write this review and compliment you're responsible and terrific staff. I will be staying here at the Holiday INN EXPRESS AGAIN NASHVILLE IN DOWNTOWN BROADWAY. Everything was terrific. I have no negative complaints.

Close to downtown and entertainment. Clean and comfortable hotel with ok breakfast included. Is at top of incline so a walk uphill to get back if not using a car.

We loved everything about this property. It was a great location for walking to the hot spots. It was clean, inviting, and the staff were friendly! The evening reception was great and I liked that the food changed each night. The live music was a cool surprise. Our bed was very comfortable as well.

AC kept the room very cold!!

The location was perfect for walking around downtown Nashville. The breakfast was great (but there were not a lot of options for people who can't have dairy). The afternoon snacks were delicious. The staff was excellent. We had some issues with a clogged toilet and a clogged tub and they came and fixed it right away. We also had another issue that they resolved to our satisfaction and the best of their ability. We reserved a room for 5 people and they reached out to booking.com and told them that they were sold out, but booking.com did not respond. When we showed up, we only had a room with 2 double beds and no pull out couch. The hotel said that they didn't have any other rooms and they did not have rollaways and the hotel could not refund us because we booked through a 3rd party, but they reimbursed our parking to make up the difference. I don't know what we would have done if our friend had shown up, but I don't blame the hotel for this issue. They had exceptional customer service and I was very impressed with them.

The location and access are superb for downtown Nashville. It’s right on Broadway and a short walk down to all the nightlife and other attractions.

The only issue was our shower had a good size rust spot/hole in it. The spout was coming out of the wall and loose. The rest of the room and facility were great.

The people of Nashville are so fun and friendly. Hotel is walking distance to everything, put on your walking shoes, you are not going to walk up the hill in Stilettos now! Clean hotel, front desk was very polite and helpful. Breakfast each morning was great and room was comfortable. Apps in the foyer each nice with the singer was a great bonus.

We asked for towels one and night and the guy that brought them was not very nice at all. We had kids partying in the room next to us all night....we didn't complaint cause its Nashville, Its party city.

Location was great for walking to see the city, breakfast was great, hot and plenty of food, excellent staff. Rooms were clean and location was great but a lot of noise. Overall great experience!

A little concerning - hotel had number of guest in room but not enough linen for each person in room. Staff were efficient in taking care of problem.

The staff are all great very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is everything you could ask for.

Didn’t receive the room I reserved, bathroom barely drained and 1 elevator was broken all 3 days which caused delays getting to and from room.

The music and food in the lobby was great! The room was comfortable.

It was difficult to apply makeup in the bathroom.
