Geräumige Zimmer und Badezimmer. Alles bestens in Schuss. Äußerst freundliche Mitarbeiter. Die Lage ein Traum. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Walk of Fame. Dazu ein netter Pool und ein gut funktionierendes Valet-Parking. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Ganz kleine Abzüge gibt es für den kleinen Frühstücksraum, bei dem man zu Stoßzeiten - wie hier schon öfter geschrieben - anstehen muss, bis man einen Platz bekommt. Aber das ließ sich durch die netten Mitarbeiter verschmerzen.

Mancava la cassaforte, alla colazione si mangiavano sempre le stesse cose (ma comunque nel complesso era buona), non si trova sulla Walk of fame ma a 10 minuti a piedi. Alla reception e al servizio valet sono stati tutti antipaticissimi.

When you advertise “we serve breakfast until 10AM” but you run out of eggs at 9:15 and do not bring any more out because the “kitchen closes at 9:40”, I’m going to give you a bad review. And the staff was insanely nasty about it, one in particular.

It was close to my grandparent’s house

$45 a night parking that had to be valet. The bed was rock hard. The room and hallways smelled like weed. The traffic to get into the hotel was horrible.

Location close to venues we planned to visit. The room was large and comfortable. Valet parking took care of our vehicle.

The hotel is conveniently located a few blocks from Hollywood Blvd. The room was spotless and staff was pleasant and helpful. We stayed on a lower floor. It was quiet with every amenity you could possibly need except for a microwave in the room. There is one located in the lobby area but it's an inconvenience to have to go up and down on an elevator just to heat up food. The free breakfast is outstanding with a pancake maker that was most popular. Like most hotels these days, housekeeping does not come to your room daily. Get over it. It was fine, if I needed anything all I had to do was ask. If they ever put microwaves in the rooms this place is a cut above for the price.

The location is perfect for people who are going to see and visit the Walk of Fame and the Universal Studio. Staff - Tanya and George from front desk are very friendly, helpful and customer-oriented. The breakfasts are excellent, especially we want to mention Marietta thanks to whom all hotel guests feel comfortable and totally satisfied. Great cleaning in the room. Highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent location for seeing Hollywood and Universal Studios. 4 min drive to Universal. Short walk to TCL Chinese Theater and Walk of Fame. Free breakfast is a huge bonus. Decent pool for kids. No frills, but fun place.

$35/night for parking. Kind of a busy area, lots of cars and some riff raff.
